I'll explain.. what i mean:

One man holding the assembly and other drilling holes with portable machine is unsafe, unprofessional and stupid way of adding man hours for a very basic task.

As i said, if such practices are witnessed in developed world, every one has the right to call the works off and report it to the company or relevant state body, while in later case, there will be consequences for both company and labor.

In west mechanical works are carried out with precision of fractions of millimeter. Pointed way of working, is no way to achieve persistent quality and i'm very sure, this picture, without explanation is going to hurt PAC image. At least, i'm highly un-impressed.

i understand and agree with what you are saying.
it will really make a difference with precision measuring platform is used to drill cut and join mechanically which will ensure standardization.

16:08 no one is holding the assembly. Second guy is holding vacuum cleaner to catch the chips. Neither are they drilling precision holes, they are enlarging already drilled holes, not with drill but with a hole cutter.

Drilling is happening at 14:30 to 15:50 and listen to the remarks at 14:44 and 15:00 which confirms, what i stated.

not only are u an idiot but a jahil who does not understand basic english. At 16:08 the guy is drilling holes... regardless he is enlarging or making new holes... the point is he is making holes by hand!
wtf do u mean by "no one is holding assembly"? u just want to say something cuz u have a tongue diarrhea who has to say something even if it does not make any sense.
That particular part being drilled with machine is a crucial part that needs to be aligned perfectly with other main parts which relates to aerodynamics of the plane.
But the JF-17 picture in question has a small section that goes inside fuselage that does not effect aerodynamics of the plane. Hand held drill machines are used in every aircraft assembly.

I like the drill the kid is using at 57 secs mark. Also funny to see how things have changed for the once mighty USSR. Their Mig-35 is using US made equipment, like the Sentek and Thermotron vibration testing machines, Zwick Roell's materials and fatigue testing machines, or Weiss Technik low temperature chambers.
