Apart from the financial issues / budget allocation to PAC; It seem that PAF wanted operational strength of pilots (and trained men) over numbers of IOC/undergoing-test JF-17s. More than 2 years have been spent in researching for 2nd batch and developing training paradigms, Now its time that the production lines pace up again.

agreed, jf-17 initiated, j-10b adapted. j-20 followed, j-31 followed, jl-9 joined the cue. Infact, jl-9 was seen with DSI last year.
