Malaysia in other words for example. Russia just offered them a swap of their non-functional Mig-29s and Su-30s in storage for new Mig-35s. They have zero chance, but they will try to get their hand in the cookie jar nonetheless.

No hatred at all.
RD-93 has smoke issue which is nearly solved by PAF.
But the first versions of JF-17 has smoke issue due to these engines....
There are alternatives to RD-93 but PAF still chooses RD-93 .....
