* Kingdom of Israel was only formed 1000 years BC, when the Jews killed (better to say slaughtered the men, women and children) in order to form the Kingdom of Israel.

* Before the formation of kingdom of Israel, jews were mainly limited to Hebron city (present Tel Rumeida in present Palestine), while other cities in the region were not Jewish and other native people lived there.

* For example Philistines People
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philistines
Those were the people who were non Jewish and lived in the areas of Gaza, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Ekron, and Gath, from Wadi Gaza in the south to the Yarqon River in the north.
They lived there before the formation of Kingdom of Israel.
The Philistineswere an ancient people known for their conflict with the Israelites described in the Bible.
Later, they were slaughtered and their cities taken.

Native people of Jerusalem were also Non Jewish. They were called Jebusite (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jebusite). Later they were attacked and only then it became a Jewish city.

Kingdom of Israel: Formed upon extreme Cruelty & Brutality against the native population

Let us see how the kingdom/state of Israel was formed.

(Deuteronomy 2)
33 the LORD our God delivered him (Sihon king of Heshbon... present day Haifa???) over to us and we struck him down, together with his sons and his whole army.
34 At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them—men, women and children. We left no survivors.
35 But the livestock and the plunder from the towns we had captured we carried off for ourselves.

https://www.biblestudytools.com/deuteronomy/3.html
(Deuteronomy 3)
3 So the LORD our God also gave into our hands Og king of Bashan and all his army. We struck them down, leaving no survivors.
4 At that time we took all his cities. There was not one of the sixty cities that we did not take from them—the whole region of Argob, Og’s kingdom in Bashan.
5 All these cities were fortified with high walls and with gates and bars, and there were also a great many unwalled villages.
6 We completely destroyed them, as we had done with Sihon king of Heshbon, destroying every city—men, women and children.
7 But all the livestock and the plunder from their cities we carried off for ourselves.
8 So at that time we took from these two kings of the Amorites the territory east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Gorge as far as Mount Hermon.
9 (Hermon is called Sirion by the Sidonians; the Amorites call it Senir.)
10 We took all the towns on the plateau, and all Gilead, and all Bashan as far as Salekah and Edrei, towns of Og’s kingdom in Bashan.

https://www.biblestudytools.com/numbers/31.html
(Numbers 31)
7 They (army of Israelites) fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded to killed every man.
8 ...
9 The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder.
10 They burned all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps.
11 They took all the plunder and spoils, including the people and animals,
12 ...
13 ...
14 ...
15“Have you allowed all the women to live?” he asked them.
16“They were the ones who followed Balaam’s advice and enticed the Israelites to be unfaithful to the LORD in the Peor incident, so that a plague struck the LORD’s people.
17 Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man,
18 but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.

https://www.biblestudytools.com/deuteronomy/20.html
(Deuteronomy 20)
10 When you march up to attack a city, make its people an offer of peace.
11 If they accept and open their gates, all the people in it shall be subject to forced labor and shall work for you.
12 If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city.
13 When the LORD your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it.
14 As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder the LORD your God gives you from your enemies.

15 This is how you are to treat all the cities that are at a distance from you and do not belong to the nations nearby.
16However, in the cities of the nations the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes.
17 Completely destroy them—the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—as the LORD your God has commanded you.

Therefore, all these Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites were the real Natives, while the Jews were only the invaders who occupied their land.

How could then the Present day Zionists use the claim of being "Native" to this whole land in order to kick out the Palestinians from their homes and not allowing them back?

The land belonged to the Lord (he created it), and he gave it to the Jews,
and personally intervened to allow them to take control.
Do You disagree with his decision?

Moses said:

”O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has prescribed for you, and do not turn your backs, or you will become losers.”[5:21]

: “It may be that your Lord will have mercy on you, and if you again return (to disobedience) We too will return (to punishment). And We have made hell a prison for the unbelievers (17:8

and the list goes on...

And we have no mention of a "Land of Israel"...

This is muslim problem..if they win..god ordained them to win..if they lose..it was Jewish conspiracy...

.
Yeah if you consider Ashkenazim-khazar Rothschild as your lord.
This was not divine but usury of Rothschild and manipulation by Lucifer Zionist forces to get Palestine so they can establish nwo to rule the world from Jerusalem.

The problem is they think it is theirs unconditionally. They changed the words in the Torah. The land is conditional. They broke those conditions twice and saw what happened. A third time is on the cards.

In reality the holy land is not allowed to be theirs anymore. They'll get their punishment for a third and final time.

Then please say that Jews have the right to return to this land and kill all Palestinian men, women and children and to plunder their properties while Jewish god promised this land and this right to kill the others to the Jews, ... but please don't say that Jews were the "natives" of this land. Jews were never the natives, but they killed the "original natives" according to the orders of Jewish god.

Moreover, please understand, the UN Charter neither recognise such god who gave Jews this land nor UN Charter consider the Jews as the Natives of Palestine. This land was handed over to them only in order to make the Jewish life safe. UN Charter didn't give the right to the Israel to kick out the native Palestinians out of their homes and then not to allow them to return back, nor the UN Charter allows the Jews to kill all the Palestinian men, women and children and to plunder their properties as the Jewish god allowed/ordered it to the Jews.

The "Rights System" in the modern civilized world (after the formation of UN) does not recognise any god and it's promises.

Neither the UN and modern civilized world recognise the promise of Jewish god for Israel, nor they recognise the claim of Muslim god for the occupation of whole world and all lands belonging to them.

If ONLY the modern civilized world comes to know how the god of Jews caused the slaughter of every native men, women and child so that the Jews could have owned that land, then the modern civilized world will absolutely condemn this Jewish mentality.

If you want to approach this from a legal point of view, the immigration to current day
Israel started when it was controlled by the Ottoman Empire.
They allowed the immigration, thus those immigrants were legal.
The Ottomans relinguished their claims to the area, and Britain got control under the Mandate.
Jews were initially accepted as immigrants, and all these entered the area fully legally.
Great Britain, then decided to curb immigration, and there was a number which entered
the country illegally.
According to Ottoman law, which differs quite a lot from Western Law,
ownership of land is not perpetual, and when they started actually registering ownership,
many Arab farmers did not register ownership due to ignorance or choice, since there were
significant drawbacks if you owned land. Taxes etc.
Land ended up being owned according to Ottoman records by a small number of ”rich” Arabs.
It is not known to me how they ended up owning the land, but I would not be surprised if it was not dissimilar to the Medieval system in the West where the king awarded kand to the nobility.
The transfer of control of the territory from the Ottomans to the British, did not change the laws and official owners of land. Jews bought the land from the Arab owners which preferred the hard cash, instead of the meagre yieldings they would get from the Arab farmers, who had ended up leasing the land.
Any lease of the land was terminated, in order for the new owners to start their own farm.
This naturally upset Arabs who may have farmed there for generations,
but that hardly made it illegal.
The UN voted on the the future of the Mandate, and decided that the area should be divided.
Cannot be more legal than that. It is probably fair to say that the creation of Israel is more legal than the creation of most other countries.
Once Israel was legally created, they decided to accept all immigrants who entered the Mandate,
which in one stroke made all Jews legal.
So yes, all Jews have a legal right to be in Israel.

Your ”history” starts with the formation of the Jewish Kingdoms.
What we know from the Bible is that it starts by a single family headed by Abraham moving to Kaanan from the city of Ur after the creator of the universe and sole owner gives him and his seed ownership of the land.
The Jewish people was formed in Kaanan. I doubt that a single family can grow into a people by interbreeding, so there would be marriages with locals, ending up following the customs
prescribed by the Jewish god.
Later the family of Josef moves to Egypt, and then RETURNS under the leadership of Moses,
after beeing enslaved by the Egyptians.
Again, God is making sure that the ”wicked” are defeated, and the Jews assume control.

So according to the Bible, yes they are native.

The Bible can be questioned of course, but we know very little about what really happened.

So You have two possible ways, and in both ways, the Jews are here legally.

========
As for killing all the Palestinian men, women and children, that never happened since the beginning of the return from the diaspora.

If You are referring to what happened in Biblical times, then we do not know if there is any thruth
in most stories. If you want to make the Jews responsible for slaughtering the inhabitants of Jericho,of which there is basically no historical findings, then you should accept the existance of a single god. The concept of a single god and creator, makes it legal to execute his wishes.
Since the claim is that the Jews slaughtered all inhabitants of Jericho, there can hardly be any
Arabs claiming any rights because they are descendants...

People visiting the area in the nineteenth century noted that the area was not highly populated,
and a lot of Arabs entered the Mandate (legally or illegally?) in the beginning if the twentieth century.

The fact is that the Arabs was not forced out. They decided to flee. A major event contributing to this was the Deir Yassin affair. The Arab village was attacked by the well known Jewish terrorists, the Irgun and the Stern gang, after Arabs used the village for attacks on Jews (according to claims which may or may not be true).
Beeing highly unprofessional, they suffered significant losses.
They then resorted to standard tactics for Urban Warfare, by throwing grenades into buildings before they cleared them out, causing significant civilian casualties, as both Arab fighters and civilians were present.
Casualty numbers are debated, but it was maybe as low as a hundred, maybe several hundreds.
Arabs tried to use this for propaganda purposes and locals claimed in later hearings that
while the attack was deadly, and condemned by Haganah, the reports of atrocities, which were made to get support from neighbouring countries, were wildly inaccurate. They were the triggering factor behind the flight of the hundreds of thousands of Arabs.
They were not kicked out.

While there were other cases where the attacks on Arabs villages caused civilian casualties,
during the war of independence, you will be hard pressed to find any ethnical cleansing.
A significant portion of Israelis are of Arab origin. They would not be there if ethnical cleansing going on.
At the same time, an equivalent number of Jews were run out of Arab countries.
They were assimilated by Israel. The Arabs choose to reject the Palestinian refugees,
and restricted them to a future as refugees, without any chance of becoming citizens.

There is no International Law that gives refugees the right to return, if they leave by their own choice.
No state will accept immigration of stated enemies.
What is legal and what is not, may not be what is ”fair”. There are many laws in history which are not fair.

The Supreme Court in Israel has judged that the Occupied Territories should be judged according to the laws of the Ottoman Empire, and Israel, as Occupiers, assumes the rights and responsibilities of the government in those laws.
This allows them to use the Ottoman Laws designed to confiscate non Muslim owned lands.
The ”ownership” of land is not perpetual. If someone ”owns” the land, and does not use it, the ownership is turned over to the government.
This allowed the Turks to run out the Greeks from Turkey, and legally confiscate their belongings.
Hilltops in the West Bank are stone and rocks, and cannot be used for farming.
Such ”unused” land are legally (according to Ottoman laws) confiscated and used for building villages. It is called ”Dead Land”

Certainly not the Western way of writing laws.

Arabs should give up calling things legal/illegal and instead demand fair and just treatment,
and realize that will only be given that if they reciproke the favour.

So yes, all Jews have a legal right to be in Israel.

I don't know why you started the present situation, while the Issue was if the Jews were the "real natives" of all these cities in the Levant?

You claim: "UN announced the creation of Israel, thus Israel is very LEGAL".

But when this same UN announces:

(1) Palestinians have the Right to return, then you deny the same UN.

(2) Then you come up with the lame excuse of "Jews being Natives of this land, so they have the right to throw the UN resolutions and all the pacts in the dustbin, and to kick out the Palestinians from their UN given land, and to occupy the illegal settlements.

(3) UN announced that Palestinians living in Palestine are all the Natives, but you deny it and come up with your biblical claim of Jewish god giving this land to you.

(4) UN decision in creation of Israel is itself totally wrong, while UN didn't get the mandate of creating any land without the Opinion of the Native population.

Your ”history” starts with the formation of the Jewish Kingdoms.

Wrong, the history begins whenever Jews got the Power, they massacred the Native Population of Levant, irrespective of it's being the era of Moses, or the era of Saul, or the era of David.

What we know from the Bible is that it starts by a single family headed by Abraham moving to Kaanan from the city of Ur after the creator of the universe and sole owner gives him and his seed ownership of the land.
The Jewish people was formed in Kaanan. I doubt that a single family can grow into a people by interbreeding, so there would be marriages with locals, ending up following the customs prescribed by the Jewish god.

False. You conjectures hold no value.

Abraham didn't live in the Whole AREA of Levant, but only in one City.

And even the majority of that City didn't believe in Abraham or his god. Abraham got few followers. At end, the incident happened when Abraham broke the idols, but he didn't get the courage to do it openly while he and his followers were in minority.

Later the family of Josef moves to Egypt, and then RETURNS under the leadership of Moses,
after beeing enslaved by the Egyptians.

Again till the time of Josef, Jews were in small minority, living in only one city of Levant.

Again, God is making sure that the ”wicked” are defeated, and the Jews assume control.

So according to the Bible, yes they are native.

Very bad try from you to deceive the people and hide the reality.

The so called "wicked" were the "Original Natives" of the many dozen cities of Levant. —the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites— they all were the Original Natives. But Jewish god ordered their massacre.

17 Completely destroy them—the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—as the LORD your God has commanded you.

So, contrary to your claim, according to your own Bible these people were the "original natives" of Levant, but were massacred by the Jewish god.

I stopped reading it when you once again came up with the Israeli story about the Refugees.

The same UN (which announced the creation of Israel) also announced that these Refugees are the Native of this land, and they have the full right to return. The story ends here with this.

Big deal!
