I am not questioning what judiciary has to follow. If legislative process itself a flaw, there is nothing to do with judiciary since it has to follow rule book of the flawed system. Flaw in legislation = flaw in judiciary.
What's the rule of law here? If accepted by the majority, minority's can not have a say and the law will be implemented irrespective of the state and it's concern. There is no unity in diversity here.
You didn't remember why Bangladeshis revolted against Pakistan at first point? Law was to accept urdu, even if a complete bengali state wasn't ready to accept. Like that indian parliament is passing laws which is not at all acceptable for a complete state.
Even if we want to move ahead, this sick indian system is pushing our state back. When hindi was imposed in 1960s irrespective of the states concern, a brutal revolt stopped hindi in TN. It's like if you want your requests to be heard do brutal revolts, we won't accept any request comes in a genuine way, is the Indian mentality.
