I agree their meddling in civilian institution is an absolute travesty.

But civilian government's meddling in state institution has been far more detrimental for the country historically, i.e. appointing people based on kinship rather than merit or expertise has done far more damage then the military intervention.

Different sides of the same coin. If we could have free and fair elections, we could over time get rid of the political filth, instead they're engineered back into power and propped up by the military for self serving interests.

Karachiites are basically useless. I don't see a peep. PTI did more for the city than anyone else did in decades. Green Line, KCR, K-IV, clear encroachment and drains, Port capacity enhancements, upgrade or installation of new water or sewage lines, replacement of roads and much of this using federal money. There were talks about creating new city or skyline until PPP started using Sindh card to stop that.

Karachiites backstabbed by voting JI, which as always will dissappear under shadow of PPP. Now they remain like sheep while the establishment gets ready to kill Imran. Can't the people there surround corp commander houses?

Those people are, quite frankly, stupid in many aspects.

They expect the federal government to take over the role of municipality and pick up trash and fix potholes for them.

Idhr say hakoomat har chawwal ka ilzam IMF par dalti hai and IMF gives out a press release.

Pakistan main jhoot chal jatay hain, not with these guys.

Aur phir ham kehte hain Shaukat Tarin and Jhagra were derailing IMF deal.

This is very much deliberate by Dar, he is in no mood to get the IMF deal.
