It's more like a diplomatic statement of saying they are not being banned.

Increased screening is a welcome option for every nation, nothing wrong in it. We don't want to be sending terrorists anyway... common people with clean track record should be able to visit just like it is

It is no problem with stricter checkups and screening but what hurts is the discrimination and manhandling. If they do it politely and do not discriminate of racial and religious basis, nobody will be pissed off rather people tend to be cooperative even if they are not so educated.
Once I travelled by a bus with a friend from Islamabad to Multan and someone stole my brand new Nokia mobile which was a kind of top the end model of that year (2006) in Pakistan so when I woke up and wanted to call my mom and update her about my location, I found my cell phone was missing and I made a quite a din & noise, the driver stopped the bus and passenger themselves started showing me their pockets and giving tips about how to search since I didn't know anything and was quite shy and afraid to body check anyone and for a 16 year old, that was a lot of cooperation by grown up adults and many of them did not look not so urbane but they were very cooperative with me and were genuinely concerned about my loss, they offered me their phones to call my family ... I mean that was an amazing experience for me despite the fact I didn't get my phone since most probably the thief had alighted the bus at some stop before I woke up but this incident got imprinted on my mind indelibly.

A Trump Modi alliance is very beneficial for Pakistan. Trump is a controversial president. Trump has already said and done things which have damaged US reputation all around the world. Trump will continue to do and say things which will benefit us. Many US allies are in direct confrontation with Trump's policies. Trump thinks that the world revolves around the US. He is mistaken. Right now he is flexing muscles and trying to act tough. We will see his true face when he needs other countries. Only then will we see how Trump reacts. Trump's confrontational behavior is going to haunt him badly.
