Your parents taught you trickery and deceit, period, and the result is for a to see. A person who does not even flinch when exposed for using multiple IDs and intends to convince me of the superiority of his "culture" and religion.

The irony could not be more plain.

You must be confusing your own childhood for mine.

I have been taught to EXPOSE trickery and deceit and I can see that my expose has hit the spot and disabled your attempt at subterfuge and propaganda.Your Frustration is quite enjoyable. Take you meds on time and remember to breath to stave off those panic attacks.

I don't plan to convince you of anything, just expose your bigotry for the whole wide world to see and understand. How does that sound ? :azn:

Yes, very relevant points, all of these. Everyone should applaud your brilliant expose. There is no cure for stupid, and I do not intend to find one.

As relevant as your desperate personal attack on me

I have found a cure for bigotry, so enjoy the free medication. Consider it the gift of jesus.

Vedics back in the Paleolithic Age, when primitive stone tools were being developed. Never underestimate the stupidity of these Hindutvas

The popular history being taught in the schools is obsolete my dear.

Until few hundred years ago, people in parts of the world thought that earth was flat only to be humbled by later discoveries.

The joke would be on those who are still trying to grasp at the straws.

Which "later discoveries" are these? Apart from some Hindutvas in denial mode, no one believes OIT or that Vedics existed in the Stone Age.

@Jacob Martin

A religion is measured and assessed on the Basis of Women's Rights

In India Hindu Women are a Million Times Better Off than Muslim Women

Therefore we see Muslim Women supporting BJP

The rest of your rubbish is not worthy of a response. However, I will respond to the conflation of Hindutva with Hinduism. The judgment in question does not distinguish between them clearly enough, which is the primary reason why Hindutva goons conflate the term. I have made the same argument as you did, only to be told that the judgement treats the two as same. So Hindutva goons will argue the same point from whichever position suits them for the moment.

You've yet to clarify how that conflation of Hinduism & Hindutva has affected your constitutional rights .This is yet another example of Shifting of the goal posts , since that was your original concern to begin with .I see why you aren't too eager for this debate and why you're ignoring the rest of my argument to your previous points .

Talking about shifting goalposts, had I said that Hinduism is a religion and not the same as Hindutva, had you been aware of the judgment, you would have said that accordingly it is a way of life. My conflation was pre-emptory, as this is not the first time I am having this conversation with a Bhakt. In fact one of the cheerleaders in your goon-squad had the same conversation with me from another ID before getting banned. Such formalism does not work on unethical hacks who have a political point to make.

In trying to trip me , you expose yourself .Contradictions galore .On the one hand you want to have the pleasure of ridiculing my ignorance of the said judgement under discussion .On the other , in a move with the benefit of hindsight you want to pretend to ensnare me by not conflating your views of Hinduism and Hindutva arguing as you do that had I been aware of the judgement , I would have claimed Hindutva is a way of life too and you did what you did to pre empt such action .

Well , I was aware of the judgement .Just that I didn't think it relevant to bring it up here .You did .I'm countering your narrative .

I would always maintain that Hindutva is a politico religious ideology for the simple reason to borrow from your terminology that I'm not a "bhakt ". Its as simple as that.Just to recapitulate , my dear descendant of rice converts - Hinduism is both a personal belief and way of life and Hindutva is a politico religious ideology .I've yet to understand why does a person of your considerable " gifts "and "intellect " not collect fellow descendants of rice converts and file a review petition in the SC arguing your case there instead of indulging in breast beating out here .

As for your quick Google scan of the meaning of obiter, that argument is also something I said to the Gadkari goon who is cheerleading you right now. So you think that a Hindutva person who relies on the judgment will promptly accept the position that the passage is obiter and therefore non-binding? I do not know which universe you live in where such unscrupulous behavior is rewarded with a patient hearing.

You're speaking to the son of a retired Mumbai HC lawyer .I do not need Google search or translation , descendant of rice convert , unlike you .Sorry to disappoint you . The said orbiter dicta is as the definition of the term suggests a non binding observation not to be considered as a legal precedent in a court of law .If it bothers descendant of rice converts like you and other fellow converts out here , feel free to approach the SC unless and I think this is the next insidious argument you will spring with appropriate "justifications "that you do not trust our state institutions .

You and your cheer-leaders will argue whatever position you feel like, totally negating your prior position if needed, without batting an eyelid. And in return you expect someone to patiently argue with you on things you neither know, nor decide to read.

Another false presumption by you .Yet not one single word how this conflation has compromised your constitutional rights .

Unless you read the report in question, you do not know the interplay between religion and constitutional rights, and we have nothing to talk about. Don't keep beating around the bush anymore.

I'm not interested in reading that report .That's how it's going to be .To quote @Gadkari , you don't get to decide the framework of the debate by choosing sources you want to & insisting on its perusal by your opponents .There's plenty of dissenting literature in our domain by indigenous sources .Feel free to pick it up and quote from it .I shall counter , if need be .

As I said more than exposing me , you stand exposed .I never labelled you prior to this post .You started with the presumption of me being a "bhakt ".I will reciprocate your gesture .All you've done is reveal yourself as a Hindu baiter .Something that was amply clear in your shifty waffling arguments since I engaged you .

Mind your filthy tongue and don't you dare to bring us in your ganga matters.
All the power and glory to Indian Muslims. Who are proud Indian
Post reported for insulting Pakistanis

That's what happens when Matters pertaining to religion is decided on half baked knowledge - the results of which is clear to see in your country .

It seems to me based on your rather limited intellect and even more limited education , you think you have a patent on the word "Pak" just because your nation derives its name from the word .

Off I do how dare you use PAK in bad taste. And who the hell are you to of CE any Indian to shift and relocate elsewhere. Spare me the intellect busllsht from someone who is out right threatening

According to you.

But for most of hindus its give by god to risi.

Simply put , if any adherent or anyone claiming to challenge your observation doesn't agree it's not God Given , he's not going to be killed for blaspheming .F.Y.I - the Buddha and Mahavir had rejected the authority of the Vedas on similar grounds arguing that while it may have been so in its more pristine form , in later days it seems to have been corrupted by human intervention .Not only were they not accused of blasphemy , they were honoured as spiritual masters .The rest is part of history .

Bajrang Dal men attack Agra police station to rescue 5, S-I injured

A police official was attacked in Agra on Saturday and his vehicle set ablaze by a mob that attempted to rescue five men believed to be associated with the Bajrang Dal detained at the Sadar Bazaar Police Station. The Assistant Superintendent of Police, Agra City, Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan, said the incident took place after BJP Fatehpur Sikri MLA Udaybhan Singh, who was among the protesters, left the spot.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Shlok Kumar said “the protesters were Bajrang Dal workers”. The five men had been detained in the morning after Bajrang Dal workers gheraoed the Fatehpur Sekri police station demanding that an FIR registered against nine Hindu men for allegedly beating up people of a minority community be expunged. The protesters also demanded that a case be registered against people of the minority community.

During the protest, the agitators reportedly misbehaved with a senior police officer, following which police used mild force to disperse the crowd. Five persons were later caught and detained at the police station. They were later sent to Sadar Bazaar Police Station.
On Saturday evening, as Sub-Inspector Santosh Kumar attached with the Sahganj Police Station was returning home, a group of men protesting agaisnt the arrests attacked him. A police officer said the protesters also attempted to break the lock-up at the Sadar Bazaar Police Station.

You don't need to give them any temple. All they do is create noise and make the place dirty. Don't let them make your clean country dirty
With this kind of attitude you expect Hindus to be sickular and loose their only land.

It is only because your people do not have sufficient numbers you kind are not able to enforce their wishes on Hindus, otherwise idol worshiping by Hindus will be banned in India too, hence we are nipping things in the bud itself.

There is a big fundamental difference between not letting people push you around vs dancing on people's balls.

Oh do you now ? With vedic goggles ?

There is a big fundamental difference between not letting people push you around vs dancing on people's balls.

Those with balls stand up for their ancestry and are still Hindus.

Those who have abandoned their ancestry have already been pushed around and have submitted to bullying in one way or the other. Be it for money or for political favors.

This push back is when the people found you dancing on the values of hindus.

So u lost argument.
Hes diverting topic.

A Hindu is welcome to even today take up sanyas and discover those truth's for himself. He does not have to go by blind faith alone.

Many HAVE chosen that path and there are those who have continued to rediscover the truth of the vedas when they choose to understand it.

Its amazing how those who pretend to sit in moral judgement on others fail to live up to their own standards.

I suspect they still have not got over the hangover of the british raj. They expect their worlds to be taken at face value and throw a tantrum when they are called out and challenged over their claims.

He continue to insist on the superiority of a US report that had NO Hindu Member on its board or ANY Hindu representation, yet mock the Hindus for standing by the Supreme Court judgement regarding Hindutva.

What goes unsaid is their belief that White Christian report is better than brown Hindu report. Like you said, they have more faith in the US constitution than the Indian constitution.

I will take majoritys view over some anon anyday in this case you lost.

IN that case you should have no problem in accepting the Majority Hindu and Hindutva views.

Practice what your preach.
