It all Depends on infrastructures of the two ports, their capacity and the maximum amount of unloading, the railroads, etc.
It would be Great to remove UAE in this way by introducing an alternarive to their ports. Iran has been developing Chabahar to have own way into oceans, a Foreign partner is always needed to have the best result. The Financial support from multiple countries is a must to make the port Fund Oriented. If we have the best port without investors and without major users, then it would be a waste.
Pakistan and Iran have to connect their railroads, Complete the IP pipeline to feed the area and provide it with the needed trustworthy energy Resource, develop multiple lane raods then connect them to each providing the regional countries and even beyond regional ones with a South-Central Asian Plus Eastern Europe corridor which is completely feasible.
