When i say bureaucracy i mean both yr civil and military. Yr civil one is responsible for yr policies and military one is responsible of planing and executing of military related ops. Yr RAW is famous for recruiting other military and civil bureaucrats for its ops both in and outside yr nation. Outside it uses yr embassy staff and diplomats.

RAW never uses military recruits
Army intelligence unit of IA never mixes with RAW

hence is say, civilian and military establishment never mix

Im a minority from India. Nothing happens unless ppl were engaged in creating harm. Conversion is something that my community does not practice. We dont go looking for converts but there is ample support from the Vatican to do so. Change your beliefs and attitudes instead of causing problems for the minorities in INDIA>
