Sir ,As per my thinking the efficiency of these organisations should be judge by the way it has prevented the situation to go out of hand in home country rather than creating troubles to adversaries.

The out of the blue firings by Pak rangers on BSF posts is your fault. BSF has every right to fire back in that case.

BSF had killed one of our civilian last month it was shared in the forum too in Sialkot sector. We are returning that favor. BTW yr armed forces do kill our civilians. Check the wikipedia for 2013 skirmishes.

And the reason why this all is happening is because of yr bureaucracy every time we go on an operation in the western frontiers. Like i said before. We are too busy on our own its not in our interests to initiate another front.
