What just happened---Gilani's son just recovered just like that and alive---during a routine mission.

To me it seems like that it was staged. Supposedly---the powers to be already knew the location where he was held and were just waiting for an opportune moment.

Due to the F16 crisis---the friction is increasing between the two allies---heat is building up real fast---pakistani generals pressurizing the american generals in the arena real hard to do something---to force their politicians to change their minds---so the pressure buildup had reached to the maximum and something needed to be done before the valve blew up.

And that is where the rescue operation of Jr. Gilani came into force in a timely manner---just to divert the attention to something else and lower the pressure and turn the heat down on the F16's.

I think Jr Gillani is too small hachling croc to divert this kind of attention, that corrupt family has null value in any power circle and public.

There was no deal---but he was suddenly found without any supposed prior knowledge of his location. I believe that the afghans knew about it---the U S needed to do something to release the built up pressure.

That is what we all pakistanis are trying to figure out---what is this FETISH that the paf has with this aircraft.

Either in truth the JF 17 is a failure and is a flop---or the paf has some serious mental issues---.

There was no reason to confront the U S over this issue---or the paf has MONEY TO BUY whatever it wants---and just trying to call the U S BLUFF---.

They are throwing the gauntlet----letting the U S know to pick and chose sides----.

So---basically---pakistan is not scared of he U S at this moment---and making a statement---either put up or shut up.

The bottom line is---nobody---no poor third world nation has dared talked to the U S in this demanding manner before---so there is more to what meets the eye.


Ali Gilani is the son of the last prime minister---he was kidnapped in the province of punjab---taken across the border to afghanistan and was being held as a captive for ransom---ie---for the release of 10-15 al qaeda members---which did not happen.
