it is the best fighter in this category.....buy new one...those recently arrived ...seems old and used pretty badly....France ney choona laga diya hy.

When we buy rafales, it includes a trainer which gets used more often and is not repainted. A simple paint peeling off made you think those rafales are old and made a thread about it, shows the brilliant minds in this defense forum

Unfortunately ,IAF don't have advance electronic warfare system for the support of Rafale.

PAF defeated IAF on Feb 27 , due advance electronic warfare technology.

Very short answer , No

Long answer, they are too few in number to matter. They have interesting and proven ground strike capability, but they would have. Serious problems taking on the PAF and even more so the PLAAF.

no we are defiantly not as smart as Indians we just took less than 10 years to make our own fighter jet. How many Tejas are in service or will be in service in the next 5 years ? There are 150 jf-17 already another 100 to come .......

It'll take time, it's not like we outsourced our production to China, we have to build the entire carbon composite body. Test for flaws, and redesign.

It's a quite potent platform because of its weapons package and an integrated suite. But I was seriously intrigued by the Meteor, and not just the BVR range but the huge no escape zone. I think 2.5x larger than most BVRAAM missiles?
