You have Kulbhushan Jadhav in custody. He is the lone man you latch on to prove your allegation of "Indian terrorist". Even if we assume that he is a terrorist (at the most he is a "spy"), one instance does not work to paint entire country, community, religion as "terrorist". NO ONE will take that allegation seriously. I repeat NO ONE.

Now look at the other side. Since 2 decades, modern world is seeing terrorist attacks, riots, "freedom fighters", violence etc from ONE SPECIFIC source (religion, country, community). In this case, NO ONE will take you seriously if you call this source "peaceful". I repeat NO ONE.


The NO ONE in both of the above represents civilized world. Not western or eastern. It is civilised. It applies mind & intellect. It does not believe you or me. It believes in facts.. Even when it lies, it has limits. It has standards.

It's obvious from your comments that you know nothing about the ICJ ruling. It had nothing to do with Jadhav being a terrorist or not. He "confessed" on Pakistan television that he was an Indian spy. The case was about Pakistan denying Jadhav consular access that he was entitled to under the Vienna Convention. The ICJ agreed to India's position on this.

How Pakistan sees this ruling as a victory is beyond me.
