Is it safe to call and declare India a terrorist country?

How can you so sure?? They are sure that China is next superpower. How can anyone else be more sure about anything else under the sky?

Well my comments are specifically geared towards the tag "India is a terrorist country".
China may be a superpower, but I do not believe that they have the clout to declare India one, nor do they have a case.
But this is PDF, a place where Pakistan is the land of milk and honey and India is a pushover on the verge of collapse.
So yes, anything is possible, but more so in the fantasy world of PDF than in reality.
We can agree to disagree, but this is my assessment.
