In Taiwan (just like in HK), they also substantial number of supporting China. Not everyone are anti-China.
In Philippine might also be the same case. I'm not saying they support China, but they do understand the important of China to their country. The only issue is the current PH gov is very pro-US... just like other democratic country, we wait for next election...
Of all the countries listed by the OP, I won't consider the Philippines, Japan, VietNam as the most anti-China if we were to judge by the sentiments of its people. IMO, I would rank Mongolia as the most anti-China country out of that list.
With Vietnam and the Philippines, the hatred is primarily political. On the personal level, there are no hostilities. I'm pretty sure if people like
@Rechoice,
@NiceGuy, @Cossak see a Chinese person in trouble on the street, they would help, even though they won't admit it here on PDF.
With the Mongolians (not the ones from inner MG), I think it will be entirely different. There seems to be some kind of intense hostility against the Han Chinese on the personal level, rather than just political. No clue why. Not every Mongolians are anti-China, but I think there are a sizable number of them. Of all the countries listed, Mongolia would probably be the most dangerous place for an ethnic Han Chinese to live in. VN, PH, JP, SK are safe for an ethnic Chinese.
My personal ranking would be like this... from the most anti-Chinese... IMHO:
1. Mongolia (not political but primarily personal/racism)
2. Japan (political and inferiority-superiority complex)
3. North Korea (just for a laugh)
4. South Korea, VietNam (SK anti-China sentiment primarily from superiority/inferiority complex. VN is primarily political.)
5. Philippines (primarily political, before 2009, there were no problems)
6. Not sure what the other South and South East ranking would be.
