Correct Iran targeted 3 airbases. One which was severely under protection yet failed to intercept the threats.
In the process of this catastrophe Israel lost approximately 30 - 40 aircraft’s along with 20-25 of them being F-35II

Iran has officially submitted a request to Pakistan for the purchase of 40 JF-17 Block-III aircraft. If the deal proceeds, it would be Pakistan's largest ever defence agreement.

Iranian Air Force Chief Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi arrived in Islamabad to observe the Pakistan Air Force's Indus Shield exercise. His visit, which commenced on October 22, 2024, included a warm welcome at Nur Khan Air Force Base by senior PAF officials, Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, and the Iranian military attaché. During his stay, General Vahedi is scheduled to meet with key military leaders, including the Chief of the Pakistan Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar, and the Chief of Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir. This engagement reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen military cooperation and defense ties between Iran and Pakistan. The Indus Shield exercise itself involves participation from multiple countries and focuses on enhancing aerial combat capabilities through joint operations and training scenarios.
