Iranian UAVs | News and Discussions

The most hilarious article i've ever read, it talks about Nuclear devices, mixed with conspiracy theories, debunked claims, false analogy, faulty reasoning, religion, Islam, fearmongering, in one single article!

with so many topics: why does he not also wrote about tasty iranian food?

I was wondering does karrar drop it a2a missile if it doesn't have anything to attack? If the intrusive plane has complied and left the area, what happens next as far as karrar returning and landing? It has to land with a parachute itself so would it not have to dump the missile?

. . . .
Could the unused weapon be rebuilt or would it be totally junked or even explode once dropped to the ground?

A net could make it reusable.
Also a nice safe parachute is possible

Especially for a 500 lbs precision bomb.

It will rarely explode on crash drop but it will be junk.

I guess it would be worth trying to drop it over a net or maybe over water.
Did you mean a safe parachute for the weapon itself?
Wish there could be a way for the weapon to not get wasted like that.

I prefer a net for both or a single parachute in the belly of the drone to keep both safe.

Also internal bay is possible.

A separate parachute for the missile is a possibility at a cost

Or maybe a combo of the current parachute with inflatable balloons underneath where the wings meet the fuselage. such balloons would add a little more cost to karrar, but is certainly doable and would not necessarily need to be done with every karrar but a certain number dedicated exclusively to such missions. One of the earlier probes sent to Mars used a parachute/balloon combo.

So it has to jettison the ammo in order to safely land?

how hard could it be to make a rudimentary landing gear?

It's a bit disappointing to see a system designed to save money, waste money.
This drone is for irregular warfare and works without an airport
