God,I hope its not the simorgh,that would just be such a complete waste of time at this point now that iran has developed large solid fuel motors,and also has access to the far more efficient 4d10 liquid fueled engine as well.

Now there is UAE and Turkey competing.

UAE is not competing until they unveil a formal SLV program. If they do unveil one it will be a solid fuel rocket with a couple hundred kg payload. It will need hundreds of millions of dollars in funding from UAE government but it will allow them to develop BM technology and become a launch provider in a crowded market

there is no signs of liquid fuel launch preparation which only indicate that for know we are looking at a solid fuel launch at this point

South Africa had solid fuel ICBMs developed with Israeli cooperation in the 1980s. Not sure if there are any engineers still left from that program now in the UAE though. There is also cooperation with Serbian companies in the development of rocket motors.

Solid fuel is a bit different I think compared to liquid and they are much easier to make and design.

Probably not, most are dead or too old to be working. I dont think UAE needs nuclear really to be honest.

At the end things were so bad,that they couldnt even successfully FUEL a safir ,which is the most basic of all irans slvs,never mind actually getting to the point of launching it [successfully or otherwise]!!

Essentially all of that hard won experience gained in the first decade of the 2000s was thrown away.
The space program was reduced to nothing more than a joke,and each additional failed launch just made it look less and less credible.
Effectively at this point,the only satellite launch capability iran still has is thanks to the irgc stepping up.

Essentially your're disingenuous as they had successful launch in 2015 with Safir while Simorgh sadly is not as successful since in last three times 3rd stage didn't perform well enough.

Safir and Simorgh are based on Paektusan and Unha from North Korea that had 3 failures with Paektusan then moved onto Unha for which it had 3 failures and 2 successes.

Iran had more success with Safir(Paektusan) than with Simorgh(Unha) while reverse is true involving North Korea.

Bonus: Here is Rouhani in North Korea in 1981 meeting North Korean leader Kim Il Sung.

India designed their second generation of nuclear warheads entirely through PARAM supercomputer when nowadays smartphones has way more computation power than that thing.

Sooner or later mistakes are going to be made or something occurs that leads to launch not being successful.

Also during Rouhani's Presidency there were 8 SLV launches yet apparently Iran did nothing if I were to trust you and that guy above you, sure, if I was just born a minute ago.
