Me too, that day I vowed never to blame anyone without proof. That is why I'm trying my best to only argue based on military in the forum. And I only argued from a neutral perspective. I stated my reasons so. I am not saying Iran is superior to KSA in terms of military without any proof. I can't understand why some people takes this in a negative way. Its not like their party will always be winner.

Actually, it was blackeagle who broke the truce between arabs and persians. Everything was going fine, but he started the personal attacks. Desert Fox got attacked by blackeagle first. Then it was me. Each of us broke truce because of him.

And I added that troll in my ignore list the last week so I don't have to see his posts ever again. He's the only member in my ignore list. Just too much of a nuisance.

I agree - this "blackeagle" chap has been recently creating a lot of havoc - says one thing and means another. Puts up lots of winkies and makes personal attacks. He attempts to annoy people by leaving personal messages on peoples message boards to simply annoy them. I dont think ive ever met a person that can create anamosity and havoc in this manner. Im sorry to offend anyone but both Iranian, Saudi AND all others step back and have a think - its only a forum guys thats only as good as the members. We need each other for a healthy lively debate so stop making it personal and keep it respectful!

Some people can't bear truth. In this thread, I argued purely based on the military capability of the two countries. Still Mosamania got angry just because I concluded Iran has the upper hand.

Had I said Turkey can destroy Russia, I would have been your darling isn't it? Had I said KSA can destroy Iran Iwould have been liked by Mosamania too. But I will speak truth, no matter what you or anyone thinks.

Mate I would never stand with Russia against Turkey. My forefathers stood with Turks. I think you are mistaken or I misunderstood. I think that Turkey could play a very interesting pivot role and mediators role between Nato and SCO in the future

Actually, GFP is a quite good comparison. GFP clearly states that it doesn't take nukes into account.

If you want to compare two countries, its not only military. Their oil production and oil imports, present relations are also factored. Even though pakistan is militarily more powerful than Iran (most ways), its oil production is very low and its military may be halted in case of war due to shortage of oil

Its not only how many toys you got. Much more than that.

It doesn't take into account about 10 things I can list at the top of my head that actually matter.

I'm not one to take any sides, but I personally think that Iran and Saudi Arabia head to head will battle it out for days, and go pretty even. One side have major air superiority, oil, lot's of money and plenty of soldiers while the other has naval superiority, missiles superiority, oil, and not so much money now due to the growing sanctions.

Though, GGC + Yemen are stronger than Iran.

why don't you read the last 5 bleeding pages we are begging this delinquent to talk peace and wish well to all Muslims and he just calls us his enemies etc and wants us to hate one group that is Iranians. His mates pm saying he wishes to burn all Iranians. We have been brought up to love and respect all Muslims not just Arabs. And on top of it I am Sunni.

Anyway what you think is a matter for you, I do not believe you are representative of all Turks when you say what you do about us and will not change my view of Turks because of you

I still stand by it. Overall, GFP gives a good estimation of conventional military power of each nations. It is easy to be biased, but military ability does not depend only on what toys the country got. It depends on your resource independence, your self-sufficiency and many other factors

Sometimes Mosamania is sane. Like day before yesterday he was. But I don't know what happens to him sometimes that he starts to attack us personally, when we only want to argue objectively, not personally.
