Financial terrorists deserve severe punishment. I hear Iran is doing good job on cracking down on them if i'm not mistaken. In the West, they get bonusses with taxpayer bailouts.

Most businesses in iran belong to government and they dont give full insurance to keep your own business and funny how you try to compare iran to the West

Anyone who does a crime, knowing its punishment in that country's laws, truly deserves it.. Whether its hand amputation or beheading..

Islamic punishments are great if applied correctly. Iran in this case has nothing to be ashamed off.

Also blame the troll IraniMale2 for people now making anti-Iranian threads when she CONSTANTLY makes anti-KSA and anti-Arab threads. Now we are forced to read/participate in stupid threads.

What happens in Iran is their business - why should we Arabs care? Same with what happens in the Arab world. I know that a lot of Iranian members here like to stick their noses into Arab matters but they are all well aware of the fact that they can't change anything and are just posting on a anonymous forum.

Maybe that is just me?

Oh, what I find strange with the so-called islamic punishments in Iran is the crane thing. When you hang people why do you hang them from CRANES and why do some of your executions last for minutes? A hanging is supposed to be over within seconds.

Beheadings are much more Islamic, swift, painless, quick and cheap. Also it serves as a great warning.

We live in a different time, noone can say '' it is our business, stay away '' when you chop people. Instead develop yourself

Marrying underage girls
Making rape and having slaves ok in wars
Unjust distribution of inheritance between male and female
Banning adoption
Banning gays
Discrimination on religions ( The ones who are closests to you are christian priests and the ones who are the most away to you are jews - Did anyone tell you that we dont choose who we born to and this is a pure hate speech and discrimination )
Taking a book which was written hundreds of years ago and only talks about how god destoryed one tribe and another

Well, I don't know what Iranians say here or whether they claim to be perfect. Our laws in KSA are much more different and nobody gets their hand chopped off. There has been like 20 cases in the last 40 years. And that was for thief's who repeatedly stole and not poor people.

For example in EU the laws are completely ridicules. In Denmark for example you can get drunk and stab someone to death and only get a sentence of like 3 years because you were drunk and it was not deliberate.

Then better to deal harsh with murderers and hardcore criminals.

IN KSA an islamic priest raped a child and he got punished with a laughable payment fine, please take some responsibility. You live in a country where women cant even drive or go abroad on their own

What point you wanna make here? I wasn't commenting at the punishment or law. All I was saying a person living in a country should know the laws and punishment of breaking these laws. If I know that after killing someone in KSA, I'm going to loose my head, then don't you think its utter stupidity to go on and do a murder in KSA?

Besides, punishments are there to make people think twice before committing a crime. Anything that does the job is good for that country's people.
