Damn this is great news. no only one is needed to hit it's target with CEP less than 5 meters.
we will upgrade our thousands of other fateh and perhaps even our 200KM missile with this guidance system.

It is called the fourth generation of fateh-110 missile. the reason for the naming is just because they don't want to use something like Fateh-110D in media and we don't have any other source about the actual name of the missile.

There is no reason to see a difference externally (although the pictures are pretty inaccurate because the video showed something like Khalij Fars missile with a frontal seeker). For example, third generation of Fateh-110 had a more accurate guidance system which can only be seen if you open the nose cone.
