The two differences I see is that the cockpit window is concave up in Shahed-278 and concave down in Bell. Also the addition of horizontal stabilizer near tail rotor. Besides these details they look identical to me too.

please look closely the bottom section of the fuselage mainly(also,other parts of fuselage)..its completely different fuselage design..

Yep my bad ... The back part of the fuselage which houses transmission and fuel also smaller and straight as you mentioned.
