It is not reasonable to expect CHina to improve Iranian weapons and then give it back to Pakistan.

Also, the best air defence Iran has is S300 which is Russian. What kind of air defence can Iran give Pakistan? It will be more or less a Oil for defence deal where Pakistan gives everything related to defence. Iranian planes are F4, F14 and helicopters like these:

HQ-9 or S-400, Chinese or Russian.
T-129 will be expensive to produce even if TOT is acquired. Discarding 50 AH-1 will be an issue after a decade or so. Iran can help keep them in air and even in manufacturing if required. Pakistan helicopter industry is non existent. Iran can help through IHSRC.
