Iran has a functional satellite launch vehicle. Some of our neighbors are stuck with the old Korean Design yet to materialize into an SLV. lol..

Keep it up Iran. You guys are ambitious and it is going to take you a long way. Dont listen to naysayers as they dont have anything better to do, nor can their country afford to be as ambitious as you guys are.

The Irony here is that your country Pakistan cannot even send anything to space and this guy is trying to mock Iranian space capability . The capability Iran has today, is something your people will not have in the next few decades.

You should stick to making threads about Iran-India ties in which you are crying like little toddler about the growing Iran-India ties. This mission will bring sense of pride to the nation of Iran, but what's next?? Their rocket is too damn small to send anything more than 500 kg to space.

Long term ambition should be to build a rocket that can carry 10 tons to Leo orbit.

This is just to test Iran biocapsule capability of Iran for the future of Iran's manned program. There are a variety of SLV's in development. This is not just about pride. But these steps have to be taken, if Iran at some point in the future wants to have more ambitious space projects for manned missions.

Rome was not created in one day, neither most of us learnt walking in one day.
Iran is taking right steps, they will gradually develop, fix issues, evolve, innovate and move up the value and technology chain. With sanctification getting relaxed, tieups with various international bodies will give them strong boost in developing fast.

India was also planning for human space flight in the last decade but after feasibility studies the cost was too high for us, so everything went on slow path.

I hope Iran and Indian space agencies collaborate and share their technical expertise and also jointly fund the human space programs, this will be beneficial for both space agencies, a joint space station some day

Also, you're clueless about what you're commenting about. The capsule in question is not huge but will weigh around 700kg-1000kg can be put into space easily by current Iranian space launch vehicles. So kid, stop embarrassing yourself with your butthurtness.
