Iran: 1)attacked Saudi Aramco 2)attacked oil tankers 3) took down US drone 4)killed US contractor and injured many 5)stormed US embassy in Baghdad 6) recently attacked US bases

Taking into account these 6 actions by Iran we can say that to settle final accounts Iran needs to assassinate top US general or ambassador and only then accounts will be finally settled and deterrence reestablished.
