What's new

Iran has new President

More empty slogans due to obvious incapacity to address the points made. I rest my case.

...as a result of zionist- and western-engineered armed uprising against the Syrian government, and as a result of Jewish messianist George Soros' baiting Syrians to emigrate by financing refugee camps right on Syria's borders, as well as migration networks into Europe.

159.774 civilians lost their lives in 10 years of war in Syria, according to unreliable opposition sources likely to exaggerate numbers. And that's while approximately the same amount of armed insurgents were eliminated by Syrian forces and their allies, i.e. a civilian to military kill ratio of nearly 1:1 if all civilians were killed by government forces - which is definitely not the case, despite the fact that Syria was badly lacking precision munitions.

Compare this with the zionist regime, which in every one of its wars, kills a far greater number of civilians, while being equipped with an excess of precision weapons. And before someone retorts that Palestinians or Lebanese Resistance hides among civilians, in Syria almost all the fighting occurred in densely populated areas, with insurgents mingling among civilians everywhere.

Nonsense. Off the top of my head, I could mention numerous conflicts in which many more Muslims were killed.

Just in Iraq, the illegal US embargo of the 1990's mass murdered 500.000 babies and children by depriving them of basic necessities such as medicine. That's babies and children only, the total amount of those killed as a result of the sanctions is superior to a million, and close to 1.5 million. That's ten times more (!) than the number of civilians

We could also mention Indonesia's mass killings of 1965-1966, which were directly supported by Tel Aviv's Mossad, and which cost the lives of more than 500.000 people, or even 1.2 million people according to certain estimates, most of whom were of Muslim descent.

Here's the zionist American Secretary of State brazenly declaring that it was "worth it" to mass slaughter 500.000 Muslim Iraqi babies and children:

But that's off topic anyway. I'm no longer going to entertain attempts to derail the thread, which is about the Iranian presidential election and nothing else. Off topic drivel will get reported systematically from now on.

Bottom line is that I proved with hard evidence that Iran is not only democratic, but also granting enormous degree of freedom of speech, much more than any western so-called "democracy".

Just to clear the fact, 1965-1966 mass killing is conducted using Anti Communist sentiment. The first fair election in Indonesia (1955) shows Indonesia Communist Party get 4 position.

Communist actually prevent a coup conducted by Army to kick Soekarno out of power because he is agree to make 1 million Communist members become one of Armed Force in Indonesia beside TNI.

Weapon will be supplied by China, so Army tried to prevent this by making a coup, but Communist sniff the plan and kill all the planners first before it become reality.

While later, Soeharto who is at that time Kostrad (one of Army strategic force) General make a revenge and then vanish the Communist power (including banning the ideology), while he gets support from Muslim groups like HMI, Muhammadiyah, and NU.

So called president and so called parliament:
* Are not controlling armed forces.
* Their candidatures must be approved by Politburo.

There's nothing by the name of "Politburo" in Iran.

Half of the Guardian Council's members are chosen by the democratically elected Parliament. The other half by the indirectly elected Leader.

Absence of control over the armed forces takes nothing away from the President and the Parliament's vast prerogatives. Executive power lies with the Presidency. Legislative power with the Parliament.

* Any their decision can be overuled by Dear Leader and Politburo.

Numerous western so-called "democracies" allow different institutions to overrule or dissolve / remove one another from power.

The Supreme Leader is indirectly elected by the Iranian people.

Half of the Guardian Council's members are chosen by the democratically elected Parliament. The other half by the indirectly elected Leader.

Perfectly democratic.

First half is directly appointed by Dear Leader.

The Supreme Leader is indirectly elected by the Iranian people. So they are indirectly chosen by the Iranian people.

Second half must be approved by Dear Leader's man.

The Supreme Leader is indirectly elected by the Iranian people. So they are approved by a representative of the Iranian people.

Of course there is nothing democratic about the muppet show u call parliament. They all must be approved by bearded Politburo.

Everything is democratic about it.

Half of the Guardian Council's members are chosen by the democratically elected Parliament. The other half by the indirectly elected Leader.

First half is appointed directly.

Second half is approved by man who is appointed by Dear Leader.

Half of the Guardian Council's members are chosen by the democratically elected Parliament. The other half by the indirectly elected Leader.

* Khamenai sectarian thugs from Iraq and Afghanistan surround Syrian town with 100,000 people .
* Then they starve to death and kill with bombs 10,000 civilians.
* As result remaining 80,000 civilians flee to streets from their homes and never return. Many of them die in tents, but not counted as victims.
* Then Khamenaists destroy town completely and slaughter 10,000 poorly armed people who remained in city to defend their homes from Khamenaists sectarian thugs.

SalarHaqq: Look how great are Khamenaists! The ratio is 1-1!

And same scenario is repeated on and on.

Genocidal Jabotinsky-sect fairy tales.

Fact: according to the Syrian opposition, the Syrian government's civilian to military kill ratio is about 1:1, while Syrian forces cruelly lacked precision weapons. Real ratio: more fighters killed by Syrian armed forces and allies than civilians.

Fact: Isra"el" on the other hand, has systematically murdered many more civilians than it martyred Resistance fighters in any of the recent wars it started - while being over-equipped with precision munitions.

Conclusion: maniacal and genocidal Jabotinsky-sect thugs directly and deliberately target civilians. Like the 500.000 Muslim babies and children they slaughtered only in Iraq. The Syrian army and allies do not target civilians.

I see some BS edited video. Here is the facts:

iraq-syria-jpg.756102

Genocide in Syria, no any genocide in Iraq.

Syria chart above: a result of emigration, not killing.

Iraq: genocide. 500.000 babies and children mass slaughtered - not leaving the country, but slaughtered, by zionist butchers.

Syria: 25.048 children were killed by both sides in 10 years of intensive warfare according to opposition sources (see: https://www.syriahr.com/en/217360/ ).

Iraq: the zionist US regime mass slaughtered 500.000 Muslim babies and children alone according to senior American officials and media, which is about 40 times more than the Syrian government, and in peace time at that
.

And if you love mullahs and hate west go to live in mullahstan. Typical hyupocrite.

At least I did not fly in from a distant land to occupy, like a colonialist, stolen land belonging to someone who was driven out by force.

* The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution instructing Iranian law enforcement to stop dismounting illegal satellite dishes from rooftops or balconies of private residences.

One more of your blunt lies.

The truth is that dear leader had been trying to battle satellite dishes for years now , but failed miserably .

About 70% 0f Iranians have a satellite dish , and despite the Basij thugs climbing on rooftops to dismantle them , few hours after they are removed , Iranians simply install new ones.

Nothing Comes Between Iranians And Their Satellite Dishes -- Not Even The Police

For years now, the authorities in Iran have tried to crack down on the use of satellite dishes, which give Iranians access to foreign channels. The dishes are banned in the Islamic republic. Police officers spend a considerable amount of time searching for them, dismantling them, and confiscating them. (See a YouTube video here of one such "dismantling.")

But it appears that Iran's war on satellite dishes is a losing one. Neither police raids nor stiff fines have been able to stop Iranians from watching their favorite shows.

At a recent seminar about the "harming effects" of satellite dishes, held in the city of Qom, researcher Mohammad Reza Khoshrou said that, according to the latest figures, 65 percent of Tehran residents use satellite dishes.

Khoshrou said the figure in Qom – which is home to Iran's religious seminaries -- is between 30 and 40 percent, the same as in other Iranian cities. He didn't provide details about the source of the figures.

PHOTO GALLERY: Iran's (Losing) War Against Satellite Dishes
Iran's (Losing) War Against Satellite DishesPhoto Gallery:Iran's (Losing) War Against Satellite Dishes

Iranian officials have acknowledged the popularity of satellite channels on a number of occasions and warned against what they see as the negative impact of foreign channels.

In July 2011, hard-line Iranian cleric Ahmad Khatami called satellite programs part of the "soft war" that Iran's enemies have launched against the country.

"Fighting against Islam, the Islamic Revolution, and the great Iranian nation" are among the major goals of satellite channels, Khatami said during an appearance at Tehran's Friday Prayers.

For many Iranians, satellite channels are the only source of uncensored news, as well as quality entertainment, which is also a rare commodity on state television.

One woman in the Iranian capital, whose satellite dish was demolished by the police several months ago, told "Persian Letters" that the first thing she did the day after her apartment complex was raided was order a new dish and receiver.

"That's the only fun we have here. There's nothing worth watching on [state television]," she said. "They can come and take my dish away. I will get a new one."

Lame attempt at fooling readers. The article posted is about ten years old. The Leader's instruction came later. Stop trying to pontificate on topics you have no clue about.

The truth is that it would have been extremely easy for authorities to systematically dismantle all satellite dishes and prevent them from being replaced. Namely, by resorting to harsher sanctions against offenders. The reason people immediately mounted new ones after they were taken off, is because they knew they had nothing to fear in terms of legal prosecution.

What the Leader did, was to instruct law enforcement to stop dismounting them altogether. He could have yielded to those who were demanding a stricter policy, but he didn't and chose to definitely relax the ban, despite the fact that some 280-290 satellite broadcasters funded by Iran's enemies are trying to destabilize Iran around the clock.

And as always, here's evidence (western propaganda sites are not going to carry news like these):

Satellite dishes are illegal in Iran ,

Kindly bring us a source where dear leader allows them.

Even if he instructed the Basij thugs to back of , it was not cause of sudden generosity , at best he raised a white flag because he failed miserably to impose his will on the Iranian people , on this issue.

Hardly some " benevolent move by dear supreme leader , as you tried to describe it.

this is from 2018 :

sadly there are little YouTube content , uploaded by Iranian since dear leader banned Iranians from uploading stuff on the social networks.

I've furnished ample proof to you already of my knowledge on domestic Iranian affairs. One by one, I posted evidence for each of my statements. Some humility won't hurt, you could start off by acknowledging this before trying to issue more uninformed speculation.

As noted above: the article you posted is about ten years old. The Leader's instruction came later.

The clip you threw in could have been recorded many years ago. Its video resolution certainly suggests so. Plus, my link on the Leader's instruction is from 2021. The fact that the video's title is misleading - I see no "thuggish" behavior whatsoever from anyone in those scenes, says it all.

sadly there are little YouTube content , uploaded by Iranian since dear leader banned Iranians from uploading stuff on the social networks.

Three falsehoods in one sentence:

* There is plenty of content uploaded to YouTube from Iran.

* The Supreme Leader did not "ban Iranians from uploading".

* Access to VPN software is easier in Iran than access to alcoholic drinks in the west. Even school children sell them to classmates. Because authorities are deliberately tolerating trade of this type of software. Thus in practice they aren't banning any website.

That's while Iran has no obligation to be as tolerant towards these media, since they violate Iran's laws and jeopardize the country's security. If the US is entitled to censor Iranian websites, then Iran enjoys the same right to effectively - not just nominally, block platforms hosting content deemed illegal by Iranian law. Yet, Iran chooses not to proceed with such measures.

Spare us your bs , you claimed that there was some drastic change in Iran's policy towards satellite dishes , due to dear supreme leader " benevolence " ,

either bring us a source supporting your claim or shut up.

Are you feeling ok? I shared proof twice. Go see an eye doctor or something.

Iran's effective policy has always been extremely liberal with regards to these banned dishes. Orders were to refrain from taking them down systematically, and to refrain from prosecuting their owners.

Then came the Leader's instruction to completely forego dismounting them.

Spamming the place with token undated photographs proves zilch.

Drone footage of Tehran - there is, literally, not a single rooftop deprived of dishes (except for unfinished buildings):

Now that you shed enough crocodile tears, let us expose your double standards by focusing on Isra"el"'s military censorship law, by virtue of which any and all media content can potentially be censored.

More lies.

Fact is satellite dishes are still illegal in Iran.

And even if the dear supreme leader ordered his Basij thugs to back of for a while , either cause he is affraid to piss the Iranian public Or simply because with all there efforts they simply failed in their mission , does not change the fact they are still illegal.

Drone footage of Tehran - there is, literally, not a single rooftop deprived of dishes

And this proves what exactly ?

It is a well know fact that 70% of Iranians own a satellite dish , despite all government effort to remove them.

They tried everything , From ninja style dangling from rooftops :

to bringing on heavy cranes :

Iranian regime uses cranes to remove satellite dishes from homes

Still they failed cause a day after they are removed , put simply install new ones.

Your silly drone footage does not prove that satellite dishes are suddenly legally in Iran.

Only that the Basij thugs failed miserably to remove them.

Where did I claim they are legal? I repeat: the Leader instructed law enforcement not to bother dismounting them any more. And that's a fact I posted a source for.

As for the boring, decades old pictures you spend hours unearthing from the lower depths of the internet, they represent occurrences which used to be extremely rare even before the Leader's latest intructions. And that in turn, was not due to "people installing new ones", but to authorities choosing to refrain from prosecuting them for such actions.

The aerial drone footage I shared proves that the Islamic Republic is tolerating these receivers. If it chose not to, by actually enforcing the law and prosecuting violators, none of these would remain on any of the roofs shown in the clip.

Ironically, the ridiculous video you shared in post #100 actually proves there's nothing "thuggish" about the law enforcement agents' behavior, who by the way are not members of the Basij.

So while Iran doesn't bother about satellite dishes beaming subversive and illegal material into Iranian homes, let's have a glimpse at how the zionist regime and its stooges are muzzling free speech and freedom of the press:

https://ncac.org/news/blog/anti-bds-legislation-in-senate-disregards-free-speech

https://www.article19.org/resources...repression-of-free-speech-by-israel-must-end/

https://paxforpeace.nl/news/overvie...ating-text-messages-from-israeli-intelligence

What only the zionist apartheid regime will be capable of, however, is to conceive of laws which combine suppression of freedom of speech with racist discrimination. A truly wicked and mischievous mindset exhibited by this illegal colonialist settler regime. The sooner it is tossed into the trash bin of history, the better for the oppressed Palestinian nation but also for the region and the world as a whole.

Lets suppose 100% of Iranian people want secular rule and peace with Israel. What can they do?

All they can do is vote so called "liberal" Khomenist like Khatami or Rouhani. But that wont change anything at all. Most probably that liberal will be worse than hardliner.

Palestinian propaganda exaggerates civilians. What we know for sure that in 35 years of Intifada were killed some 10 thousand total, no one was displaced, no village destroyed.

On the other hand Khomenists displaced and genocided 13 million people.
