Iran: All Iran's restrictions in JCPoA are over

The Islamic Republic of Iran, in its fifth step in reducing its commitments, sets aside the last of its key operational constraints on the Brjam, the "limit on the number of centrifuges". As such, the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear program no longer faces any restrictions in its field of operation (including enrichment capacity, percentage of enrichment, amount of enriched material, and research and development), and ...

Iran takes final JCPOA step, removing all limits on nuclear program

The statement by the Iranian government regarding the measure reads:

The Islamic Republic of Iran, in the fifth step in reducing its commitments, discards the last key component of its limitations in the JCPOA, which is the "limit on the number of centrifuges.”

As such, the Islamic Republic of Iran's nuclear program no longer faces any operational restrictions, including enrichment capacity, percentage of enrichment, amount of enriched material, and research and development.

From here on, Iran's nuclear program will be developed solely based on its technical needs.

Iran's cooperation with the IAEA will continue as before.

If the sanctions are lifted and Iran benefits from its interests enshrined in the JCPOA, the Islamic Republic is ready to return to its commitments.

The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) is obliged to take the necessary steps and arrangements in coordination with the President.

This is going to get really interesting from here on out.

Both Israel and the United States have sworn up and down that this would be one of the decision Iran makes that would make them use military force almost definitely.

Iran Rolls Back Nuke Deal Commitments, Vows to Enrich Uranium Based On Its Tech Needs – Report

This comes amid an ongoing escalation of tensions between Iran and the US following the death of Iran's top military commander Qasem Soleimani in a US drone strike.

Tehran said in a statement that it has scrapped the 'final key restriction' under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the number of centrifuges.

Iran's uranium enrichment work will have no limitations and Tehran will enrich uranium based on its technical needs, the statement added.

Tehran also said that it will continue its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) after a new step of discontinuing the nuclear deal commitments.

Iran's response will be devastating for sure, but they will try because if they don't then their words mean little to nothing.

I don't think much will come out of it other than further galvanizing the Iranian nation and people but they will try or at least really think about trying none-the-less.

Iran made it very clear in recent statement that if US even retaliates the revenge attack for Soleimani, Iran will attack Tel Aviv

Final step is to withdraw from the NPT and revoke access to IAEA inspectors.
Iran will continue to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency and is ready to return to fulfilling its obligations if sanctions against the country are lifted, the statement added.
