If all of pakistan's affairs are run properly and not operated as a personal fiefdom---there is no reason for establishment to jump in---.

Why did you not address that part---?

You can't pretend to be so naive. Everyone knows who has the remote control irrespective of if there is a civilian government or not. Control over foreign policy, internal policies leaves civilian government being Name-Sake.

Besides, was it civilian governments who decided on pushing country in Afghanistan mess by fighting America's war? Creating Proxies/Mujahids? Promoting Fundamentalism as state policy? First bias and then brutality on East Bengal?

Pakistan's reputation in today's world has owed a lot from the directions that establishment had taken in the past and it's attitude of "It above law"..."Establishment Can't be questioned". Don't you agree?

That's best what is being done in Pakistan by establishment so far ...decorating people as Traitors, who question/do not agree/counter establishment's point of view....

It says ..."when you can't argue....kill, suppress, maim your opponent" and that is exactly establishment's policy...and you seems one of them.

But US has other policies as well when it comes to welfare of the state. They spend huge resources on education, health, research etc, they give freedom of thoughts,speech to their media, people can question their establishment (we have witnessed that during Vietnam and recently seeing the reaction of their people on their establishment's policies in Afghanistan.....

Now do you have ballz big enough to allow freedom of speech,media, questioning establishment, setting their accountability etc. in Pakistan... before quoting US as justification for your wrong doings...besides not just sucking-up all the budget for so many years in the name of security for yourself, leaving anything for so called "Welfare" of your citizens.
