well to be honest pakistani forces are not fighting anywhere except waziristan, and even then the terrorists can only send suicide bombers instead of real fighters

Not too sure of your comments above.. There are instances where Pakistani jawans have actually been attacked, taken prisoners and then executed. Cant do that thru a suicide bomber.. Also Pakistani forces are fighting in Balochistan as well..

There are procedures such as "securing the perimeter" around the personnel which means maintaining a constant intruder free zone around you and your unit which no civilian or enemy must breach. This provides visibility and gives time to ready your weapon if anyone tries to enter the danger zone. I believe CRPF was not following this procedure properly and were in proximity of terrorists in guise of civilians.

Major tactical failure here by CRPF. When you are in danger zone every one is a suspect of conceal carry so need to maintain distance with the civilians.

Tactics change as per location and operation. I think you ll also accept this. In naxlalii fight there are no civilians, no building, only forest. Here in J&k situation is different. and because of some attack we can not question on the ability of CRPF.
