And the term muhajir should not be taken as an insult. I am suggesting you took his jeep when your forces were on the offensive and he abandoned his vehicle and ran away and hid in some field. So you took it from India. If I remember correctly, if he hadn't been relieved of his command, your troops could have knocked on the doors of Amritsar. I've read all this in Uni in the late 90s — so it has been a while.

India through centuries(History) has never been a single Country. Some regions united temporarily but soon disintegrated with the passage of time. The Indians should thank the British that provided them with a Non homogeneous country which has nothing in common apart from the hatred for Pakistan. Tasting independence after centuries of subjugation, is pretty difficult for the elite on the top to digest properly.

IAF saved the day? Nah, I'm talking from your perspective, what our soldiers endured was different and it's not some fantasy fiction. IAF is useless once you overrun the position. The success is when a few soldiers held the position with guns taking out your tanks.

Fifty years from then, ever wondered how things will be for India? Every war plan BS here on PDF has one psyche the absolute superiority of PAF and PA. Now, I'm glad you have developed a thing for PN who now gets past our maritime security and invade Gujarat successfully.

Not true dear PA were still 35 KMs from the IB. Even if they had by passed the positions ,without air support they were still sitting ducks deep inside Indian Territory. According to Joe Shearer in another similar topic"The movie was grossly exaggerated. Poor Atom (Atma Singh) argued for years that it was a fortuitous survival by the infantry detachment on the ground, and that it was purely an air force victory. He became obsessive about it. Brig. Z. A. Khan covers its background in some detail in his book."
