Indians don't understand. China and Pakistan are all-weather allies. Pakistan would like China to grow, we are proud of our relations with China. It is not about subservience, but respect that China is on the road of becoming a regional and global power, leaving behind a declining USA. We respect the Chinese and Chinese power, and respect =/= subservience. China is like a bigger brother, and a younger brother respects its bigger brother, and vice versa. Exactly the same relations between China and Pakistan.

Indians have gotten so big headed by all the Western media hype about them, they think they are on China's level, and think they can compete with them. Indians are delusional, and they can't accept the fact that India is at par with its other South Asian neighbors in every socioeconomic, development, macro, micro indicators. Indians lack respect for bigger powers, they lack respect for everyone; and it shows in their jingoistic attitudes. Humility is the antithesis of the Indian psyche.

We are playing our part to help China achieve its goals, and in turn, China has been helping us through every difficult corner for the last few decades. It is a tried and tested friend and ally.

Just look at CPEC agricultural plan, it's a game changer for Pakistan. Modi have obviously failed in India and now rely on hate politics then actual development. For Europe they have another route , for USA they have Pacific Ocean.

Only Africa and Middle East are left, but Middle East is in turmoil and is not a huge consumer market. Africa is the only reason I guess and at a time when china is transforming itself from fossil fuel to electric vehicles , calling cpec as energy corridor also seems not apt.

Africa, Mid east, even Europe as an alternative to land route. It will act as port for all of western china

I say again. India will join the project at its own terms and conditions.. We are not having an shortage of investors in infrastructure... We wont join the project at China's terms and conditions... Like how my neighbours do it.. I dont blame them.. India cant match China currently in Billions for neighbours... We have our own people to take care off...
