India's self-goal: How we made Pakistan our equal

Suitable post for PDF. Unfortunately, farcial write up. Basically a clueless idiot. There is no equitible pedestal on which the two nations stand. There is a gap and it is widening.

Delusions of equality held by GoP since day 1 of formation are coming to a bitter end.

Anyways, thanks for the tag. The forum has become too toxic for my taste.

Logging out.
Lolz,,
and it is not some delusional journalist from Pakistan, not a military person nor a government official from Pakistan who is stating otherwise. This is a man in India writing for India. If i was you i would pay a little more attention to the problems he have correctly, yes i do say correctly, identified.

So your are allowed to call Pakistanis "savages" on PDF :disagree:. Aren't you the one that gave me a negative rating for calling Adnan Sami a fat pig?

Possibly I did. Do you expect me to remember every one of these? Seriously?

Since your English is visibly not your strong suite, I asked why Pakistanis behave like savages. If they were savages, there would have been no question.

You find Pakistanis and savages similar? You are a very racist Hindu.

I like it Joe,

Why should people get offended if they are compared with all sort of funny animals or characters if they are not actually one.

What else? "Why you are behaving like cow-shyte?" Or "Why you are behaving like a horny pig?" would also be acceptable, I suppose?

Very simple Joe.

People like you are becoming a rare breed in India. Unfortunately majority of Indians that we counter in online forums are absolute extremist nutters, who would want nothing less than total annihilation of Pakistan.

Electing fanatics like Modi and co with a thumping majority is just a simple indicator about how the majority of Indians think.

So can you then blame Pakistanis for gradually losing any hope of peace with fanatic India and "behave like savages" when replying to those fanatics?

Of Course .Professionals like Joe are now become rare in India .
This was not the case when we got the independence .We did our maximum for a good neighbourhood .
But still for sake of few dumbs in leadership ,Pakistan tested our patience.Tested in a way that we saw the bottom of our tolerance .
And even if there is a change in leadership ,even if the Congress or any other party comes in future ,they wont change their stand .They will thoroughly follow the same stand as that of NDA .Perhaps they might lacks this boasting from current DM like Parrikar ,but their action would be same .
Its very simple .Political parties in India dont have to show that magnanimity any more .

I am, with some hope that there are members like @shah1398, @SrNair , @B2B and Dev Destroyer ; with some pessimism considering that there are members like @nightRider , @SHAHEEN EYE and @ISI. Reading their posts is very depressing, considering that some of them are old enough to refrain from childish behaviour.

You already know my views on the problems created by a particular ideology and its party having come to power. Why that has to make Pakistanis behave like savages beats me.

I think in future non Hindutva parties will also follow this same stand of the the current NDA .
Due to their own actions ,majority of Indians dont like a soft approach towards them.

I'll tell you very clearly, as long as India does not change her policy of exporting cross-border terrorism in the region, forget any kind of peace here.

And it is not like a switch, which you can turn on or off, you will have to change your policy as a whole. Or keep thumping chests, if you think by that you can bully Pakistan, you are very very wrong my friend!

If you are measuring me for those, I prefer 'horny pig'. It has a certain 'je ne sais quoi' about it.

Facts from history ,majority of neutral sources says otherwise .
Till now ,noone from Pakistan submitted evidences in UN about our so called cross border terrorism and they would have been definitely in UN if that was the case ,considering the hectic diplomatic approach of our MEA towards Pakistan.

We did, from Gujral down to Modi. What did you do to reciprocate?

Absolutely not!

You know me too well to even think that I would say something like this to you. If it sounded like that, I sincerely apologize!

I was just trying to highlight that you were wrong here and sometimes even the most learned ones from us make mistake in the heat of a moment.

Although I hate to say it, and I hate the prospect, I think, in my innermost thoughts, that @SrNair will be proved right. Nobody will go back to the strategic restraint that India displayed as a policy for 70 years. Pakistan had a window, a very large window; they mistook this strategic restraint for weakness and tried all sorts of games. Now those chickens are grown ostrich size, and they will come back home to roost.

Hey, just kidding. Chill. You must read the Adventures of Count Curly Wee (my mother had preserved the copies of the Madras Mail which carried them, so that would make them nearly a century old!) to understand where I'm coming from. Really, I didn't find it offensive, and I hope you won't react to my tongue-in-cheek comment as anything but just that.

Even though it was just a one year rule ,it was the IK Gujral that wide opened that window of opportunity for Pakistan .
Thanks to the imbecile approach of Pak leadership ,they lost a nice chance and Gujral lost his reputation .
From the day one , elites in the Pakistan was justifying the creation and existence of Pakistan through anti India policy in each and every approach.
After 1971 ,it became a insane mentality .

We have had great leaders , and they were born in unpartitioned Indian Subcontinent .They had humane approach because they had loved the cultural uniqueness of this subcontinent instead of new nation state known as 'Republic Of India'.
After 7 decades ,those old generation began to leave their stage in this world and nation state 'Republic Of India ' become everything of our leaders and citizens

You have the chronology right. I am still dismayed at the prospect. We seem to be sliding helplessly into the pit. One side is filled with a desire for 'revanche'. The other side has slipped out of intelligence into a mindless reactive belligerence and sullen resentment of the insults and injuries suffered. There is nothing hopeful ahead.

Oh boy that evidence game again,

"I went to UN, you didn't", "I whine about it in every single meeting with every single dignity around the world, you don't"... and so it goes.

We are back to square one.

Mukti Bahini, LTTE, BLA, TTP... etc. etc.

Now do we want to move forward or not?

We did, from Gujral down to Modi. What did you do to reciprocate?

Chest thumping or not sponsoring cross-border terrorism?

If the latter, you are wrong. India's support for cross-border terrorism has never diminished. There were small phases where it was not that prominent, but it never stopped. Arming MQM, BLA and then early 2000s TTP etc...

And I say it again, we are not moving forward an inch. You want to have peace? Drop this "Pakistan doing this or that" thing and engage in a meaningful dialog. Only then you'll stop hearing echos.

I, for one, will never accept any allegation coming from India regarding terrorism unless she acknowledges her own support for cross-border terrorism in the region first.
