It is defnitely humiliation...Our investigation team was there for a week and did not even go to chicago...I think this should be taken as a lesson learnt and more study should be done before taking plane for US and publically announcing it...TOI has done a great job in bringing this humiliation in front of public..this will add pressure on babus who missed such a vital check

No its not, its simply another case of breathtaking intelligence and miscommunication of our babus. India would have taken same step if India was in place of USofA or even Pakistan for that matter.

Pakistan is vital for their survival in afghanistan and this speculated incident of ISI ties with LeT would have blown WoT out of proportion.

Likewise India do not tone its rhetoric against Iran on USofA request.

The issue is not winning a war. The US can handily defeat the rest of the world, save Russia, combined.

The point is that the US will never fight a war where there is even the slightest chance of major damage to the US mainland. The Belgrade incident was just a blip and not worth a full nuclear confrontation between China and the US.

Far more relevant is the incident around 2000 when China made some noises regarding Taiwan and the US Pacific fleet moved to a show of force posture outside Chinese waters. Some high ranking Chinese official casually mentioned 'nuclear clouds over Los Angeles' and the US fleet withdrew within 24 hours.

You guys are just talking crap right now..As if waging a war against any country is a joke...No matter they can reach US homeland or not..the same reason Iran..North Korea all are there much to the dislike of US.... The only reason US is able to do in Pakistan even after objections is because Pakistan is dependent on US and unfortunately don't have any other nation to look out for...China is not there yet...On the other hand their arch rival India always had the backing of Russia and now even US...So they simply have no option but to maintain healthy relations with US much to the dislike of Drones or whatever..... In other words its geo-politics..not becuase of US military might...Had that been the case there would have no Russia..No China...No North Korea..and No Iran by now...

Secondly China..Russia...EU etc are not Iraq...where you can go and bomb the crap out of them...without risking any major retaliation...be it at US homeland or their other interests

Sir..What i am not understanding is that how come there is no objection to it from GOI side?? I mean we need access to that guy to find out more about 26/11 like attacks or what role this guy played in 26/11 itself...

The way i look at is that just to avoid further escalations of tension which further will effect their interests in Afghanistan US is risking Indian lives...Am i taking it too far or there is some truth in what i say???

Sir..I am not of anyone whom you have described below..However i still feel its a humiliation for our investigation team...Miscummunication or not we were promised access and even after waiting there for a week we did not get it....and had to return empty handed...Now we all can play with words but in the end i see it as humiliation..Am i wrong???
