Actually China has not even give 1 to begin with
According to indian's media, the details of the plan involves:
1) China move back to F8
2) India move back to somwhere between F2/F3.
3) India move back 8 km in south bank of Pango lake.
All the place, F3-F8 and the 8km in south Pango lake is created as buffer zone.
So the proposal is exact the same, if not better for Chinese, than the proposal China give in Sep 2020.
So in this proposal, China give F4-F8, india give F3 and south bank of Pango lake/Chushul they controlled as buffer zone.
By accepting this proposal, basically india accept F4-F8 belong to China, just as F3/ Chushul belong to India, thats why China side is very happy and praised india's side become flexiable and willing to accept reality by get the deal done.
