1) China move back to F8
2) India move back to somwhere between F2/F3.
3) India move back 8 km in south bank of Pango lake.

All the place, F3-F8 and the 8km in south Pango lake is created as buffer zone.

So the proposal is exact the same, if not better for Chinese, than the proposal China give in Sep 2020.

So in this proposal, China give F4-F8, india give F3 and south bank of Pango lake/Chushul they controlled as buffer zone.

By accepting this proposal, basically india accept F4-F8 belong to China, just as F3/ Chushul belong to India, thats why China side is very happy and praised india's side become flexiable and willing to accept reality by get the deal done.

2)China which claimed the area upto Finger 4 will go much behind finger 8.

3)captured over 400 km in kailash range. The area was in Chinese control.

You guys were congratulating each other even after your so called heavy satellite mounted on so called heavy lift rocket put your satellite in the bottom of the sea rather than in GTO. Btw, tell that to your generals:

India has committed intelligence, operational and, now, negotiating lapses while managing the border standoff with China. After rejecting, it has conceded to a Chinese proposal of September 2020 containing a segregated agreement on phased disengagement, de-escalation and de-induction north and south of the Pangong Tso lake, according to which India will vacate the pivotal commanding heights on the Chushul range on its side of the LAC for a Chinese pullback from Finger 4 to Finger 8, an outright 8-km intrusion into Indian territory.

That is not all. Indian troops will move from Finger 4 to west of Finger 3. The space vacated will become a buffer zone in which patrolling will be suspended.

Still worse, there is no iron-clad linkage of this agreement with subsequent negotiations on the Gogra/Hot Springs, Demchok and especially Depsang where the Chinese have intruded 18 km and imposed a patrolling ban for the Indian forces.
