What's new

Indian opinion on CPEC

Pakistanis r waiting for rude awakening. As of now only 10-12 semi trailers enter pakistan via karakoram highway a day. Non of these trucks r going to gwadar. While pakistani politicians r selling dreams and claiming they will collect billions of dollars in toll charges.
Let that be successful or a failure. I don't wanna speculate. It's their economics. It's different.

.
Sorry to say, you guys r waiting for rude shock. A port which hardly recievs 3 ships in a month is not going to yearn you billions. As of now none of chinese trucks r going to gwadar. Only 10-12 semi trailers enter pakistan daily from china that too bring chinese goods to gilgit. Good luck for you guys to collect billions of dollars in toll charges from these chinese trucks
Its our internal affairs be it successful or failure..Why so much obsession with an Economic project

.
Stop spinning stuffs to your narrative. By that logic, I can say many people in Pakistan do not know they are living in Pakistan. I didn't say majority I said many.

You named your country a name that never existed before 20th century. Why the owner and history of name important? It's just a name.

By the time India will have full consolidation of Kashmir. With zero incident. We are fortunate to have the name India. Today, nobody cares about the origin of the name, who were greeks in xyz BC. India gives a good PR for us, you like it or not. There is an Ocean named after it. There is a subcontinent named after it.

IOK is not as developed as other states in India. It has the lowest HDI in India. Once the issues are settled, people are given more education (which is the lowest in India) and the state of poverty is removed, people will forget the Kashmiriyat crap. The basic necessity is the issue in Kashmir.

Lastly, why do you think more than 60% of the People in J&K voted in the national assembly elections? May I ask how many in your part of Kashmir votes? (Oh, they don't have right to vote in National elections). So save your love for Kashmiri land and water. Ain't getting it.

Hahaha, what a confused person.:rofl: And lol, did you seriously asked me what is in the name? Read dozens of your saints who are crying that why is indian politicians using names that have nothing to do with their nation and reminds of occupation era. Pakistan's name is acronym for the first alphabets of its provinces and territories.

You can claim anything but facts won't change and those facts are that india is developing IOK, the Muslim population will keep rising continuously in IOK as well as in india, and India will have to spend resources on its occupier army in IOK, which will help halt development in rest of india at a faster pace. So as long as this is proceeding Pakistan is fine with current status quo.:yahoo:

Yes many Pakistanis dont know they are living whether in Pakistan or in Jannat.:yay:

If you want to deep study a country, it is necessary to know the name, it's origin and so on. i'm saying, why dig too much into the name. While it has no important in geopolitics. Did you get anything free for having your country name as Pakistan?

Oh, so that's why you are crying in UN about implementing plebiscite and stuffs in Kashmir and talking about Kashmir in every tea party organization?:lol: I can see you are very happy with status quo. LOL

You are an entertainer, proud of having borrowed name given by invaders. Carry on.:rofl:

Ofcourse, if Pakistan don't create noise to bring world attention toward IOK then indians might eliminate entire muslim population. This noise making is the reason you have HR pressure and world's eyes so that you cannot eliminate muslim population. All muslim countries will kick indians out of jobs and stop selling oil.:sniper:

Jannat is heaven and heaven is Pakistan.:agree:

You are not creating enough noise because nobody gives a damn about your concern on Kashmir.

Jannat is heaven
There are no terrorists, killers, bad people etc... in Jannat.

I'm enjoying your desperation to put words into my mouth. Jannat guys:D

Sapta Sindhu is referring to 7 rivers, instead of throwing your nonsense go search internet. These 7 rivers become 1 river when they enter Sindh province, known as Indus river today. My knowledge on Sanskrit is weak so for that part I'll give you benificial of doubt. And rest of your entire post is rant, the facts are that due to difficulty of pronunciations Persians, Greeks and English corrupted the name of Sindhu province and India got its new borrowed name. On your last part of the post you called my post silly where I mentioned that nobody knew bharat which I was referring to people in today's era. Tell me how many people know india by bharat? I bet many Indians might not know this word too. They all know India and IVC. Instead of comprehending the post first and then replying you jump in my every post to troll. It seems like your only purpose is to troll. Good luck with it.

Thank you for your good wishes. It so happens that there was nothing about trolling in my submission, merely the correction of facts presented through rank ignorance.

Only three points need reinforcement, since there may be confusion in the minds of the unwary and the uninformed. These are the meaning of the word 'Sindhu', and the distinction between India and Bharat.

  1. My pointing out the antecedents of the word 'Sindhu' are not dependent on the Internet, they depend on my study of history and my knowledge of Indo-Aryan and its subsequent scholastic form known as Sanskrit, which discarded many words and many meanings in the grammatical exercises of Panini. These rejected words were words used by outlier provinces and lands, those beyond Aryavarta, later known as Bharata. An enquiry into the use of the word Mlechha will be educative. Far from being a latter-day coinage talking about Muslims and Christians, it is an ancient word and signified, in its earliest uses, those members of the Indo-Aryan language speaking groups who had fallen behind the standards and ritual purity of the central mass, the outliers, who occupied kingdoms and regions such as Kamboja, Parama Kamboja, Madra, Uttara Madra, in sum, those who did not 'speak properly'; ironically, the term included the Indus region, the land of the Sindhu, showing that the old usage of Sindhu was now discarded under the impact of the cultural hegemonism of the Kuru Panchal tribes. Mlechha was the Sanskrit (not Indo-Aryan) approximation of what the central Indians thought of the different way of speaking of the outliers, now left behind and rejected; it is precisely the same as the Greek Barbarian, Barbarian representing the Greek approximation of the sounds made by those who spoke indistinctly.
  2. The simplest way of explaining to the ignorant the difference between the names India and Bharata is this: the world knows of Germany, and speaks of Germany; the Germans know of themselves as Deutsch, and speak of themselves as Deutsche. It is just this simple. Nobody from Bharatvarsha knew, nor cared, what the Greeks and the Mlechha beyond them called them. The modern name of the nation-state India is derived not from the Greek use, but from the descendant British use, and their use of the word to designate their colony, that won independence in 1947, less the portion that was separated from India and formed into Pakistan. As long as the King of England continued to be the titular Head of State, as he was for the Dominions of India and Pakistan both, the independent country continued to be India, even to its own inhabitants. With the Constitution of India coming into force on the 26th of January, 1950, the nation-state became known as India (the name of the Crown Colony that won independence) that is Bharat (pronounced Bhaarat).
  3. Indians know that they are citizens of Bharat, to the extent that the question arises in any context (we do not walk about the streets, accosting each other and reminding ourselves that we are citizens, still less talking of citizenship of Bharat). People who speak Hindi or Hindustani (Hindi + some simple Urdu words) also refer to Bharat as Hind.
I am sadly aware of the contents of the post I responded to; it was a sad experience because so clearly derived from a superficial understand founded on nothing better than Internet sources.

Once again, for the last time, I repeat that this response and the previous one are not to disrupt the thread or to discommode the member responsible for the errors that were sought to be corrected, but precisely to correct errors.

This single exploitation has made india spend tons of resources on a non-issue. I doubt there would be water issue if there was no Kashmir issue. But anyways Pakistan is in no rush either, you can keep developing and spending resources in IOK today, as long as the Muslim population keep increasing in IOK and India, Pakistan is fine with status quo. It help serves Pakistan interests when Pakistani leaders informed the world that india was

Furthermore, nobody in Pakistan gives a fkk if India join CPEC or not. It will be a bonus if India join but not a neccessity.

You can call it whatever makes you sleep better. Deep in your heart you know it's truth. Your occupier terrorists cannot eliminate kashmiris due to Pakistan's posture of continuously drawing world's attention.

Nope there aren't but there are some devil's send kulbhushan and other terrorists:azn: unfortunately. Don't worry these kind of people will die slow death in Pakistani jails.:sniper:

That's nice, you know what I was happy to enjoy the entertainer as well.

Still jumping from topics to topics eh! We barely have any thoughts on Kashmir, I mean, we general masses. Pakistan is playing the game, we are sitting in gallery enjoying the show. Watching your fake propaganda pictures at UN. You should be so desperate. Later justifying it with cliche of Israel. :pop:

We are not the ones who tried and failed nth time to capture Kashmir by force. And keep trying to bleed with thousands cuts, ended up cutting your own aorta.

Meanwhile you putting all the efforts for CPEC. And thinking that India and many countries are Jealous of Pakistan getting CPEC. :enjoy: You are just seeking some attention and many Indians are giving it undue attention with some provocative comments and counter arguments.

No question of trolling, only of superior knowledge. Every source or book that you mention are likely to be at best copy and paste histories. Please feel free to justify your claims by citing those books.

Please defer to my knowledge and background in history. Superficial textbooks and Internet sources are not the best guides to this. If you wish, I will look up the original sources where I obtained the relevant information and post it. It will take a few days; those are not readily accessible, and unlike earlier days, I have no access to good libraries.

Accusing me of jumping from topic to topic, when I'm not but your entire post is filled with a khichri, your national dish. Grabbing some topic from here some there, you really miss khichri don't you? Pakistan is giving you taste of your own medicine. How long you thought your nonsense childish games of name calling would last? Pakistan is now slapping you left and right by calling you from newly created terminologies. Your massacres of Kashmiris will be exposed in every stage because Pakistan cannot let you comitted genocide of Kashmiris. 2 times Pakistan thrashed you out and you still asking for more? You are insane. And about 71, when Pakistan was busy in civil war and fighting terrorists thousands of miles away from mainland with just 42k troops cutoff via land sea and air with no supply routes, you call that victory?

Like I said nobody gives a fk about india. It is indians who are crying like dehati aurat about CPEC passing through their chest.

@SOUTHie

This poor chap wishes to create a delusionary world around himself. It is thinly disguised by a micron-thick layer of Internet learning in the case of academic subjects, but comes out naked and ugly on topics where he has no cover but his embarrassment and his desire to create an illusion of victory against all the facts. Look at his descent into cheap digs about cultural habits, and look at the ignorance that describes khichri as representative in any way of south Indians.

What a totally ignorant fellow, and you spend time on him?

You might ask me the same question; the information I put down is for the sake of others who will read these posts.

There are four kinds of persons: those who know and know that they know; those who know and don't know that they know; those who don't know and know that they don't know, and those who don't know and don't know that they don't know. It is not very taxing to the brain to classify this person.

Not gonna spoonfeed you like a s 0 n, go ahead and google yourself.

You don't have the learning to spoonfeed me. I digested these topics when you were still soiling your nappies. Learn to understand who is saying what before you act supercilious on an infirm foundation and little or no background on the subject.

You mad bro? :D

What's Khichri by the way? Your imagination and wet dreams filled answers are not worth replying. Pakistan is doing nothing other than making noises. Your will be's and if's are still passed on from last or the generation before that. This will continue to the next and so on. There won't be any changes in geography of India or Pakistan.

if nobody cares then why Chinese are selling this sheet. They are your boss now. We keep telling those punkasses we are not interested, but they keeps harping that India is gonna miss some big stuff:lol:. I guess they understand there is not much gain when they ignore largest market in South Asia.

I googled the name, sounds tasty.

I'm not paying much attention to his comments. It takes only 2 minutes to type something for him.

Na, you are in your prime.

:D  Exactly.

Where did you find me being mad? Apparantly you are trying to assume something that's happening to you. Khichri is your national dish as posted few days ago here on PDF too. Oh so now you claim there will be no change to Pakistan's geography, but few years ago you guys were claiming that Pakistan was finished by 2012...what happened? Your ancestors are harping since 47, generations after generations to see Pakistan "finished" but here we see Pakistan stronger than before. Geography change can take 1000 years, so who is in hurry? For Chinese issues you can directly talk to them and beg them. And done worry it is not Russians who were your bosses and slapped you and went ahead with exercises with Pakistan.

The more you write, the more you 'expose' yourself.

Don't expose your self and stay soiling your napies.
