As you can see , the landing light Tower is missing , and to be more obvious , Aircraft Takeoff and landing has not begun on Vikadi
Also Vikadi has marine diesel engines , which are less poluting than the Furnace oil engine used by Kuznetsov

No 120 is more like 4 months, is all goes well and no issues arise during trails and the IN accepetence team are happy then we are likely to see this ship in IN service by Dec 4th (Navy Day).
