Pakistan, which was created because it was thought that Muslims would not hold equal rights or have level playing opportunities within the Indian subcontinent , went ahead and created an Islamic state which ironically in turn resulted in establishing a country, that treats its minorities as second class citizens ( see voting rights, tax laws, inability to run for higher public office etc).

You may belong to any religion or caste or creed-that has nothing to do with the business of the State…We are starting with this fundamental principles that we are all citizens and equal citizens of our State.”

Irony is- secular India on the other hand allows all forms of Islam to be preached and practiced.

What a fantastic way of comparing the data. I must say, some of these people creating the report has the sole aim of making it controversial.
He first compared Muslims with only the Higher Cast Hindus figure came eight times (gives a kick right). His sole purpose was to make the figure look big, then later he compared with OBC and the difference was very close (only 50%). What he did was convinetly forget entier poor hindus (lower caste is laregest and poorest is commonly know). I think the reason he choose to ignore poor Hindus is because the figure would have either eliminated the poverty difference or come out to be negligible.

Some people are just intrested to use statistics to show something gulliable people will not read. And you will meet some gullible people soon.

Does anyone have an access to the study? Did the person try to compare the situation of Muslims in Gujarat BEFORE and AFTER Modi? Has it worsened or improved?
