Indian Muslims are patriots: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh

Hinduism existed in those lands always, that is paganism which is another name for Hinduism, just like the village gods in India have nothing to do with the vedic gods but are part of Hindu tradition.

Egpytians may be dwelling in their own lands, but their current civilization has nothing to do with their older civilization. That civilization went with the pharaohs. Name one practice of the Egyptians which is from the older times?

Persians on the other hand can be said to be still holding on to their civilization and it is more of a comeback to their older tradition with their disenchantment with Islam than reconciling both.

If you take example that village Gods in India have nothing to do with Vedic Gods but are part of Indian tradition then the concept of Worshipping one Supreme Creator make all the present religions are some what related to the same root aka Rig Veda which is the oldest scripture still being followed by millions.

Egyptians are dwelling in their own lands and following other religion doesnt makes them that they ancestors are from the Civilization of Pharoah. Its written in Indian Scriptures about the ancient nations and its there mention about the Egyptian nation.

All the nations are preserving thier cultural treasure and Egyptians,Iranians,Indonesians,Malaysians being Muslims are still proud of thier ancient civilization. All Indians should be even proud of thier ancestors civilizations irrespective of thier religion.

.
Good. I won't deny it.
but Tipus and Ghoris and Abdalis and Aurangzebs killed their own Hindu, Buddhist and Sikh civilians in peacetime and still never regretted.
Ashoka did. There is a difference that Prof. Irfan Habib mentions in his lectures...over and over again.

You should stop promoting JNU fed literature here. There was rule of war which was followed. No exceptions were ever there for that. It is one of the reasons Hindus lost later on too when the Islamic hordes came invading India. They just could not cope with the civilian causalities, something they had never never seen or heard before.

If Ashoka had killed civilians (no evidence of that is there), then the Indian caste system would have disintegrated there and then. The civilians remained unarmed because they were never affected in any war ever.

Nope, they do not. The concept of God in Hinduism is very very different and the village Gods are not jealous gods. That dovetails with the Hindu concept of one God many forms, which is what the essence of Vedas is all about. This is not the case with the Islamic Gods which forbid worship of any other Gods. So they are not a take on Hinduism or of Rig Veda.

Egyptians, the civilization that built the pyramids, the civilization that worshiped Osiris, Isis, does not exist. It is a broken dead civilization where today's Egyptians only follow Arab culture and have nothing to do with Ancient Egypt civilization.

Preserving archeological digs is not the same as living civilizations. India is a continuous living civilization. Indian civilization is not just its Lothal and Harrapan sites, it is a living breathing civilization from the time of the Gods. We still perform Yagya just like the vedic seers did, we still follow their norms, rules, regulations.

There are many verses about Gods and Demi Gods in Hindu scriptures then about apsaras etc which we can even find in the Islam like Jinns, hooras etc. Here the whole thing is about worshipping the Supreme Creator or Parmatma, Ishwar, bhagwan etc.

civilization is made of nations and Egyptians adopted other religions and are still there only. I am not denying that this Greek, Egyptian,Maya civilizations have changed now but the people of those civilizations are still existed.

I have said this many times that Indian civilization is the only living ancient civilization and is heading towards the Suvarna Yug about which is mentioned in the ancient scriptures and Survarna Yug will come for all the Indians.

Sorry, there is no similarity between Islam and Hinduism. None whatsoever. Jinns are not demigods. Allah has characteristic traits which the Nirguna Brahman does not have. Allah seems to do a lot of warning which Nirguna Brahman again has never done. So please do not try to conflate these two religions. There is no comparison.

We were not talking about nations but civilization. You said even if people change religions, civilization continues. Which clearly has not been the case of the Egyptians.

Indian, Japanese, Chinese are all living civilizations from old, except none of them are Abrahamic.

Similarities are there in every religion if we see things in broader manner. Islamic Jinns are somewhat like DemiGods and the Apsaras are like the Hooras . There use to be human and animal sacrifices in ancient religions but Sanatan Dharma rejects human sacrifices similar like Islam. Concept of Dharam Yudh is there in Sanatan Dharma which is similar like of Jihad etc. All religions are some what related to each other which more or less depends on faith.

Civilization is made of nations, tribes and clans which the people adopt. Does Egyptian diety Osiris have anything to do with hinduism ?

Indians will be Indians even when they adopt any religion and the same would be applied for communist Hans or Japanese.

Nope. You have no understanding of Hinduism and trying to make Hinduism = Islam is a FAIL. Dharma Yudh is not Jihad. You do not have a concept of Dharma in Islam. Islam is about rules and norms. Dharma is open, contextual, about principle rather than rules.

Abrahamic and non-Abrahamic have no relation to each other, either in their theology or in their philosophies. In fact Dharmic traditions are not even strictly religions in the sense of Islam.

Civilization is made up of nations, tribes, clans, but it is more than just these. There are traditions, culture, nomenclature, myths, art, literature, buildings, cities, which go on to make a civilization.

No, Osiris does not have anything to do with Hinduism. They are a completely different civilization.

I do not think Indians will be Indians even if they adopt any religion. Pakistan came into being because some Indians adopted Islam. Likewise, almost all insurgencies and separatism in India is led by groups which have adopted alien religions. So you cannot claim Indians will remain Indians if they adopt a religion which is exactly the opposite of what Indian religions are all about.

Islamic separatism is a fact of life in almost every non-Islamic country they are in.

Absolutely not. Mesopotamians became Iraqis, Yahudis became Palestinians, Persians became Iranians, West Indians became Pakistanis, Egyptians, Arabs etc etc. Racially similar, but civilizational continuity will be lost. For ever.

From your own source

"The massacre is not mentioned in any Jain accounts, and there is no historical record of an actual massacre having taken place. The incident could be a Shaivite legend created to prove the superiority of the Shaivite sect over the Jains."

So despite all your best efforts you come up copper.
Well if that's the case then you should also write off the muslim chronicles of killings... Would you do that?

I don't care about Abdalis or Ghoris but Tipu did not torment his own populace but the enemy populace, Ask the Kannadigas, they will answer you....

Please. No history revisionism here. This is not JNU. Again from your own link:

It is said that in the aftermath of the Battle of Kalinga the Daya River at Bhubaneswar running next to the battle field turned red with the blood of the slain; more than 150,000 Kalinga warriors and about 100,000 of Ashoka's own warriors were among those slain.

"According to oral histories, a woman approached him and said, "Your actions have taken from me my father, husband, and son. Now what will I have left to live for?" Moved by these words, it is said, that he accepted/adopted Buddhism, and vowed to never take life again."
Wow why are you not posting the complete text? He also mentioned what I previously posted... Selective quoting haan

1. The Muslim Court chronicles are there. How can we write that off? It's historical record. Shameful, atrocious - but in stone. Errr... in papyrus.

2. You have to come down to the definition of the word - 'torment'. If forced conversion is not counted in, surely it was not bad. Most non Muslim Kannadigas hate Tipu, except in Srirangapatna - where I have noticed a mixed reception. Nobody considered him a hero among non Muslims, but many (not most) don't consider him very evil. But the rest of the state have choicest expletives for him. Even today. Comparing Tipu with historical non Muslim rulers is off the mark. Even his wars were fought as part of religious conquest, not a territorial one. The motive was different. Or rather same as that of ISIS today.
