Have you even gone to Kashmir ?

Yes, as a matter of fact I have gone as far as Dansam near the LoC and I have trekked from Astore to K2 base camp twice, which is near Siachen. I'm not even mentioning Azad Jammu Kashmir where I've been about a dozen times.

So whats the procedure? would the heli be held or returned to the indians ? whats the SOP?

. . . . . .
If Pakistan returns the helicopter to India, it would be a first. The practice so far has been to return humans but not hardware.

Thats true.

It will be a surprise if Pakistan returns the Cheetah.
