اس کے بعد فوج نے کبھی پھر اپنے طور پہ کاروائی نہیں کی، اور نہ کرے گی۔
بھارت پہ جوابی میزائل داغے جانے کی خواہش ہے تو سیاسی قیادت سے کہو، فوج کے ساتھ کھڑی ہو، تو ایسا بھی ہو جائے گا۔

Can India conduct a missile test near border without informing Pakistan or issuing a NOTAM ?

Each country informs the other about Ballistic missile tests in advance. This does not apply to cruise missile tests.

Pakistan is an Islamic country and Islam gives Muslims power to fight enemies much stronger then them, Musharraf tried to turn Pakistan and Pakistani military secular and non Islamic and promoted non Islamic way of thinking, and there is a huge amount of foreign funding for decades to turn Pakistan and Pakistanis away from Islam, which has resulted in Pakistan behave somewhat like a non Islamic state, as Iqbal said:

The truth is by turning secular(non Islamic) the Pakistani policy makers and Rulers also think like non Muslims. We count the quality and number of weapons the enemy has and then ours and then respond accordingly. We need to turn back to Islam that is the only way we can survive.
I do believe Pakistan will respond at the time and place of our choosing like before in a calculated manner, but the point is that if we were truly Islamic no enemy could dare to attack us and would fear us.

1. It was an actual missile attack a deliberate attempt. If it was "test went wrong" scenario, they wouldn't have removed the flag paint and other markings from Brahmos at first place.

2. It traveled to its maximum distance of 260 Km

3. They wanted to test waters

4. Now they know that Pakistan wouldn't retaliate although they were expecting two projectiles at their territory

5. They held the escalation ladder

6. PAF just remained monitoring

7. We were caught off guard

8. Our vulnerabilities are exposed.

9. Be ready for more such attacks in future.

10. We miss Asif Ghafoor - Iftikhar is such a homeopathic dude

فوج بولے نا کہ یہ میزائل حملہ تھا یہ کیوں بول رہے ہیں کہ میزائیل ٹیسٹ فیل ہوا ہے ؟ وہ بولے حملہ ہے تو عمران خان نے جس طرح بالا کوٹ کی جوابی کاروائی کا بولا تھا اور پھر کیا بھی تھا ایسا ہی پھر کرنے کا کہے گا

We weren't caught off guard, they were tracking the projectile since launch

And we don't know if they will retaliate yet, last we heard they wanted to know if this was a test gone wrong.

There could still very well be a retaliation, just wait and see. It's a progressing story, not over yet.

Even if there is, Military wouldn't share details. Pay attention to what's being said like it was tracked since left the launchpad and all the time accordingly.

Yesterday, somebody shared details on this thread as well that lot of unusual jets activity was already noticed exactly around the time of crash.

I am sure, military decided to say what's best in national interest and maintaining secrecy.

You know what's in National Interest? It is openly telling India, and other adversaries, that we have the capability of shooting down targets moving at MACH 3 and beyond......in the past IAF flew a MIG-25 at MACH 2.8 close to Islamabad which we couldn't do anything about.

If we had the capability, we would have shot down the intruding vehicle and would have claimed the kill to rub IAF's nose in. We quite probably still do not have anything capable of shooting down Brahmos or other MACH 3+ flying Missiles until HQ-9 is operationalized and even then these assets will only be deployed sparingly to protect our high value assets.

I would like to be proven wrong but it seems that our side would go to any extent to de-escalate even if provocation is proved. The economy is in shambles and with internal power struggle, maybe "they" have too much on their plates.

I think it goes without saying that the kind of leadership in India, anything can be expected and it is not the India of 90s anymore. I don't advocated belligerence but not neither do the way everything is being handled. We might be weak but a nuclear armed Pakistan cannot be this weak to warrant aggression from Indian side.

Lastly, my hunch is that we are again going for a showdown even if we try to look away.
