Maybe, maybe not, but the best case scenario is that the thresholds for sanctimony or protest are different depending on which civilian community is suffering. I am sure of it because of how LOC curves in Keran sector. We can see from the drone footage the artillery strikes were few hundred meters on the South bank of Neelam river.

South bank Neelum river lies well on Pakistani side LOC in Keran sector.
