How could you put a price tag on something which isn't commercially available but still at laboratory statges.

I dint know if there is a scam here but what ever has happened and is happening is because of us, the tolerance level we have as the citizens of this country is very high, we just keep cribbing and bruding and then we forget about it. Today the date is September 04, 2012. The prototype was supposed to have been ready by 2011. It is not ready yet.

Mate, FBR's are still in their infancy. It will take sometime before commercial scale application.
