It's the principle of the matter. U don't take away property from ur citizens bcuz their ancestors fled to an enemy country. In any case there is still a tiny minority of Hindus in Pakistan and this percentage was higher when Bangladesh was also part of Pakistan...
...just like Muslim families ended up on both sides(where some chose to remain while others left)...same happened in case of Hindu families after partition. In any case Pakistan didn't seize their properties citing that their ancestors fled to an enemy country. The only properties that were seized and given to Muslims were the ones left ABANDONED by those Hindus who fled...to compensate the Muslims who arrived leaving behind everything of their own.

Not from Hindu families who were living there. Do u not get that? The Hindus who remained in Pakistan(and thus became Pakistani citizens) did not have their homes taken away. The only homes Muslims took(alotted by the government) were the ones left abandoned. In order to compensate the ppl who had left everything behind(in India). What do u think should've been done to ppl who had left their homes behind? Leave them homeless? The point of argument here is India taking property from Indian citizens, whose ancestors left to Pak or China. Pak never did something like that.

First a nephew would be a rightful owner of his uncle's property in absence of any direct descendants like that uncle's sons/daughters or his wife...that's LAW.

Over beef? I would be surprised if it's even in double digits. Certainly a lot less than Muslims killed in one sectarian attack in Pakistan.
