India Responsible for LOC incidents

First of all it remains disputed in Pakistan's view not India's. We have the Instrument of Accession which clearly states that whole of the Kashmir then the princely state is territory of India. We can do what ever we want to do when it comes to tighten up the security of the state. We have not violated Simla Agreement.

LOC skirmishes are not uncommon. They are usual but mutilation is the point of aggression.

india has also mutilated our pakistani soldiers killed, its just that pakistan is not using pitty issue like body mutilation as some politicl leverage

the issue need to be raised by pakistan in UN, india clearly violating the rules everytime, and this time it has clearly got out of hand by killing pakistani soldier

go and raise the issue but also remember that 117 times where you violated the cease fire.

Indians R taking advantage of PAK instability & like typical opportunist cowards tried to stab from the back. Chankyans & their ideology is inherently shameless & hypocritical and as such is doesn't make a difference even if they accept their faults/ wrong doings. Take your eyes off them & they will stab U again. Btw PAK should demand an unconditional apology form these chankyans which shouldn't be so agonizing for the chankyans.

History is written by the victor...( bangladesh )...nobody wants to know how it was done.

As for apology...

Sure... go and raise issues in Useless Nations aka UN and people would laugh at you since after Osama Drama there would not be much people who want to believe what you say.

The little credibility of Pak statements were vanished when Osama was caught living in his harem for many years hardly 100 kms from Islamabad and Pak Army provided security to him as well.

Anyway here is the answer for your cry for UN mediation and internationalize K issue...

Killing of Indian soldiers: US says Indo-Pak dialogue better than UN intervention | NDTV.com

So in short your latest misadventure to gain attention FAILS... MISSION KASHMIR FAILED.

The crux of the matter is that ceasefire violations will happen from either side from time to time and soldiers will die. That is almost inevitable given the nature of relations between India and Pak .

But this beheading and mutilating the dead bodies business from Pakistani side has to stop. Respect the dead.

beheading un-ethical for soldiers...who denies that. question is ...whether it was done as indian media propagates?? and who did it?? this is what pakistan is saying.....wo when two parties quarrel, it is always the third one who does the role of umpire....otherwise ..there is no other way. if left to the indian media....they would start a war....at the end poor soldier would be the looser....

first of all Pak should think that before shelling the post if they could have lodged a protest it would be considered but they sought to take an aggressive action and secondly IF built then it is on our side not Pak's.

Pakistan did protest, but it was ignored. No wonder Indians are seen as arrogant by ALL their neighbors.

It would have been better if you had also shared the rebuttal by Praveen Swami (there are sensible people in India too). Here is both the Challenge and the rebuttal: The Hindu : Opinion / Op-Ed : LoC firing: Defence Ministry

As you can see the story stands in its essential details. Case closed.

Your media does not have enough information about this and knows that maybe its their own Army's fault and hence they preferred to remain silent.

No, our media is much more mature. They are far more experienced in dealing with propaganda. Our journalists do not take any government's allegations as holy truth. I like them just the way they are. It is only now that I see Indian journalists questioning GOI version of events related to Pakistan. Aman ki Asha has some supporters across the border too. I just do not know if there are enough peace lovers to confront the hawks.
