None of them as you mentioned here are culprits or criminal.
India is the largest democracy and anybody can apply for visa and if indian govt. Thinks that they are ok then they approve their visa.
Its so simple. Even people like zakir naik who gives speeches against hinduism every now and then can live in india.
If people like sas gilani,yasin malik can live in india then why can they not?

Zakir Naik has explicitly stated that he condones killing any muslim who leaves the faith, or insults it. We even tolerate such hate filled people, and allow them to freely profess and practice their faiths. (As long as they don't actually harm others, as @SarthakGanguly mentioned.)

And where does that sentence specifically mention muslims? Don't try that on me, I know to choose my words carefully. You are reading what you want to read. I clearly made it a general point about anybody who attacks or kills or intimidates dissenters. When I said "barbarians", I did not mean muslims alone, just as when I said "more civilized places", I did not mean christians or hindus. It is amply evident that I applied the former epithet to people who cannot tolerate dissent, and the latter to people who can. I said religious oppression, not islamic oppression. I also mentioned MF Hussein, who got in trouble for allegedly hurting hindu sentiments.

You can try all day to try to make it sound like I called muslims barbarians - you will fail. I knew it even before writing that post, that somebody would make that strawman and accuse me of insulting muslims. I was therefore very creful in saying precisely what I wanted to say. At this point I would expect a decent human being to apologize for mischaracterizing my statement. No, I don't mean you - I mean a decent person with intellectual integrity.
