@Last Hope ...thanks.. am not that mature, but consciously trying to be less tribal (and avoid tribal warfare here). Am no intellectual and my knowledge on most things are shallow, hence I deserve to troll here.
And yes, most of us are apprehensive about person who are not like us, but once we talk, we relate to each other, whether pakistani or chinese or irish.

there is no denying that there are many similarities between north india and pakistan, not just NW india as someone said, even places like UP/Bihar are not too different from eastern Pakistan, However that fact remains, there are differences in two religions, hindus and muslims and this is the ultimate reason Pakistan was founded, I know there are many muslims in India, however they themselves are different from hindu majority

^ actually the only place in eastern pakistan that really looks different from the northern subcontinent is your city (Islamabad), it looks like a European city, but yeah rest of punjab is very desi/north indian
