I dont disagree with you overall.
Ofcourse things things will change. However in case of Pakistan, things will change for what is better for us. In the end we know they will sign the AGPL before we vacate.

Easier said than done! Pakistan does NOT want authentication of the present positions as it would amount to a de-facto recognition that Siachen is part of Indian Administered Kashmir! That's the crunch issue.
