Sanskrit was passed orally, written form is abt 2000 years. And why Cina out of nothing? You name people or country based on something. India=Indus river. Read up on historian's take on Cina =Qin

Actually we were able to, and are. Uyghurs and Tibetans combined are only 1% of China's population, even in their own native provinces they have Han majorities.

The Monkey King is a fictional character, first created in the Ancient Chinese story the Journey to the West.

This was long before India was created by the British of course.
